The staff was very friendly and helpful when asked questions or if we needed anything. The rooms are very clean and I really never ever had a problem here at this location. Every time I plan my trip I stay at this location. It's convenient because it's surrounded by restaurants and gas stations walking distance very close to the hotel

Nice looking place in a quiet location. The breakfast is very basic that offers beverages, some fruit, cereal, and frozen waffles to toast. Our room did smell a bit musty but was otherwise clean, so I have to rate the room as just OK. Unfortunately, I did not sleep well as the room next to me was occupied by someone who was up all night gaming without headphones so it was noisy. I should have requested to move, but I kept thinking there’s no way they would last all night doing that, but they did. Makes me suspect the hotel gives rooms to the less fortunate when they can as I can’t imagine someone would have paid for a room only to stay up all night gaming by themselves. Plus I saw a guy who looked like he was down on his luck grab some breakfast items and leave without any luggage other than a portable electronic item-probably our noisy neighbor since he was yawning and looked like he’d been up all night. Kudos to the hotel if they help those in need, and I can’t blame the hotel for the inconsiderate behavior of its occupants, but I included this information in case anyone is uncomfortable with this possible situation

Nice basic hotel for a quick trip. Would have liked to use the pool, but you couldn’t take any food or drinks in there, which makes it a little impractical.

Accommodated my disabled brother with a first floor room. Room was nice. Beds comfy. Free breakfast. Friendly staff. Parking right outside door to assist with disability. Will stay again.

Clean, comfortable room. I really enjoyed the window seat Instead of a closet or dresser, they have pegs.

Wonderful staff very helpful

The front desk lady looks mad. No eye contact with us. I perceived she's tired or don't like us. Clean, conftable for the price.

Conveniently located and clean I was overcharged I was supposed to be charged 9860 as I was the weekend before and they charged me one 5640 at first. I thought it was because of the holiday weekend however, other people that were staying at the hotel was charged the hundred dollar rate

Every hotel in town had their pool open but not Microtel. It was 90+ degrees outside and no reason they should "wait until Memorial Day" to open. There was no coffee maker in the room and the breakfast consisted of bagels and cereal. Have stayed here often but rates have increased to the point that it's no longer worth the money.

There is a great restaurant around back. The hotel is great for short stays.

True continental breakfast. This could have been better. But breakfast places were close by. Convenience to highway and my location I was traveling to. n/a
