If we turned air conditioning on it was making everything more moist and had a fowl smell. I would not recommend staying here.

The fact that my daughters whole softball team was able to stay together The fact that the staff was rude. And they lied. Our internet was out since Saturday morning. Other floors internet was working. The internet worked in the stairway. I know bc my kids were going to the stairway with their iPads that can’t get on internet without WiFi, using microtel WiFi. I also told them that our air conditioning wasn’t working properly. They never switched us to a new room when we had 2 more nights to stay. I complained daily and they gaslit us saying nobody had WiFi WHEN WE WAS THERE WITH LIKE A GROUP OF 80!!!!! I KNOW THE WI-FI WAS WORKING FOR OTHERS

Location was great. Close to University. Food options were great. Room amenities very sparse. No closet, no iron, very limited.

The staff and facilities were clean and well kept. There was a slight leak where the water came into the toilet but nothing major. Bed, linen, room were clean. Staff was courteous and helpful. Good economical hotel for the budget minded. Breakfast basic but decent variety.

At check in room was clean except for sticky substance all over bathroom floor, Might have been a detergent spill. Asked for housekeeping at check in for just the second day of a 3 night stay. Housekeeping replaced bath towels only. Not a huge deal as I tend to keep room straight regardless but emptying the trash would have been nice. Breakfast attendant was very good. Overall stay was very good. Friendly staff. I would recommend!

Place was clean and worth the cost. Staff is very understaffed at night. Carol was very kind but was cleaning having to do multiple roles so it took awhile to get us checked in. Very practical, easy place to stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful when asked questions or if we needed anything. The rooms are very clean and I really never ever had a problem here at this location. Every time I plan my trip I stay at this location. It's convenient because it's surrounded by restaurants and gas stations walking distance very close to the hotel
