Location and staff a There are cockroaches in our room. I paid 350$ to sleep with cockroaches. I didn’t even imagine when booking hotel. Please clean room 404 and get rid of cockroaches

I wish the hotel had included breakfast, but the room was clean, large, and comfortable and they allowed us to check in early which was very helpful to our plans.

The room was well laid out and clean. It was strange that the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan and the grab bar in the shower/tub was in a place that you have to grab it and step out by the toilet where there was very little room. If you are looking for a complimentary breakfast this property does not have that—they charge for it unless you are a premium Hilton Honors member.

Room was clean. Bed very comfortable and the front desk staff at 1:30 am was very friendly and helpful!

I reserved a walk-in shower accessible room, I ended up with a non accessible room first and had to call the front desk. They gave me an accessible room but it was a tub/shower combo. They provided a shower chair that was wobbly so we didn’t use it. The toilet was a normal low toilet but luckily, it has grab bars. I am not sure if the hotels.com communication to the hotel itself was lacking regarding the reservation.

The location was fine. Did not eat at the hotel. Someone’s dog a few rooms down was not happy about being left alone in a strange place.

The Hilton Garden Inn at Anderson is a really great place to stay. It has a restaurant on site that serves breakfast and dinner. Once you are there you don't have to worry about going out to eat and fighting traffic. That is a great plus after driving several hours. The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. What's not to like?
