Only hotel without a complimentary coffee area. It used to have one.

We only stayed one night on our way to Chicago so we didn't use any of the amenities but we were pleasantly surprised to find a clean, well maintained hotel with a friendly staff that welcomed us and checked us in without any issues and promptly. I recommend it and will stay there again. Thank you!

The room had a funny smell. It was very humid in the room. We probably would have moved rooms but we were only there for one night.

Location convenient to interstate. Free parking. Close to shopping and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful and room was nice.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfy. The hotel is very conveniently located near the interstate. As a taller than average person I found the toilets very low, but other than that, no issues.

No one came to provide clean towels. Bar was closed as they had lost their liquor license. We had ordered a handicapped accessible room with king bed and sofa bed. We were told on arrival accessible rooms do not have sofa beds.

The elevators were down so had to change to a different room.

Renovated insides were nice, but there was no night light in bathroom, no coffee pot for the coffee maker. The bistro was not open for dinner...I don't mind not having a free breakfast but it seems cheap to not offer free coffee. The mattresses in our room were so soft and our bodies left huge dents ..not a great sleep sadly.

Did not want a handicap room and baseball teams started filling up their coolers with ice at 6 AM
