Hampton Inn & Suites Ankeny

We have come back to this hotel several times as it’s always clean, spacious rooms, great staff, & a good breakfast!

Front desk agent was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the property. The bed and pillows are terrible. The room was full of water stain damage and the blinds were broken. The hot breakfast items were not great but the area was well kept and attended. Overall the hotel main areas were clean and bright.

Everything was perfect. Clean well maintained and competitive rate.

I have stayed here several times. I have never had a problem. The staff is friendly, the grounds are always maintained and look great. I have not used the pool, but it always look good.

This is a nice clean hotel! I also love that they enforce a quiet time after 10 PM.

Love this hotel. Satff was nice, breakfast was hot and fresh. There was allways coffee available. Love that. Room was super clean. Overall it was one of the best stays i had.

We would definitely stay here again. Everything was wonderful. Rooms were exceedingly clean and new, including lobby, breakfast and pool area. Nothing.

I had to kill three bugs during my stay. The toilet didn’t work. A large group of kids ran around all night banging on doors and nothing was done about it.

I love staying here. Suites are nice and big. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are always clean. There was a wrestling tournament in town. Lots of younger boys and it didn’t seem like the staff was interested in maintaining order in the common areas.

We stay here 2-4 times a year and it is our favorite. Front desk staff is always so nice and helpful. This stay wasn’t as enjoyable as usual. We wonder what was above our room, lots of commotion and loud walking all night which caused us to not sleep well.

Everything was clean and tidy. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

I loved the comfort of the beds and pillows. Love th design of the rooms. Staff was excellent! Breakfast was great! The pool had way too much chlorine to where the kids were coughing non stop. I seen three kid do that. They may have swallowed some. But it burned my eyes sitting in there

No hot water, front desk didnt seem to mind.
