AC Hotel Ann Arbor Downtown

Overall, I had a great stay. The hotel was clean and located in an excellent downtown area, making it easy to walk to nearby attractions and convenient to get in and out of the city. The only minor issue was some noise from the air conditioning condenser, but it wasn't enough to impact my stay. The room was otherwise comfortable and well-maintained.

We stayed at AC Ann Arbor for a concert weekend for the walking location to everything. What I really enjoyed was how friendly everyone was and the extra treats (snacks, waters, donuts, etc) they gave to the guests. It was new and clean and we really enjoyed ourselves.

We will be back!

Room and lobby were very clean and well maintained for the hotel chain. The downstairs seating area was fantastic, and we loved being able to bring the dog and eat at the tables. Loved the free drinks and snacks at the front desk. Rooms we well designed and especially appreciated the benches to lay luggage. Breakfast was a little lacking if you want hot foods. Overall a great location in between campus, Main Street and Kerrytown.

We had an excellent stay at the AC Hotel Downtown Ann Arbor. The property is beautiful, spotless, and perfectly located within easy walking distance of everything downtown. The bed was phenomenal - extremely comfortable - and the shower was perfect. We also really appreciated the fresh Starbucks coffee available in the lobby each morning, along with the coffee maker and creamer provided in the room. The valet service was excellent, the bar area was spacious and inviting, and every employee we interacted with was incredibly friendly. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Ordered salads to go from the bar, which has a tapas menu. Service was good, but took a while for two salads to be prepared and the salads were OK, but not great.

Very modern and clean. Close to the university, coffee shops, and night life. Very comfortable and quiet stay. Toastique just a block away makes amazing avocado toast and other toast-based specialties.

Lucious cookies await your for your check in, plus some beverages (water, ice tea, coffee). This is so clean, so cool and overall a beautiful simplistic hotel. We will be back!! JT

Each staff person I spoke to was very helpful. The front desk happily held my bags after check out for a few hours. The breakfast staff accommodated our requests quickly. The housekeeping staff were very accommodating too. The room was very clean. There was always fresh water, coffee and cookies in the lobby too. Our stay was great, we would definitely return!

Location, cleanliness, well designed No wheelchair. I would be interested to know if there are guests who stay who will be going to UM hospital for surgery It would be helpful to have a wheelchair, even jic a guest has a tumble
