For this reason alone I will never use this hotel or any other hotels that forces me to pay a fee for tipping the valet. I rather pay this fee to the staff and not a corporation. Forcing customers to pay a fee for valet tip. I understand charges for parking and I am very happy to tip the valet. Yet feel it is a highway rubbery to force clients to pay a fee for online tipping. The process doesn't allow one to bypass the fee process. In other words I was forced to pay a fee that I never agreed upon when I checked into the hotel. I feel this illegal and immoral practice.

the gym could have been updated with added windows otherwise all great. thank you

Latrina is the absolute best! I will be coming back to this hotel without a doubt because of the way she helped handle a sensitive issue during my stay. Hope they give her a raise, she deserves it.

The bad: the toilet kept running very loudly all night, so I didnt get to sleep till 5:00a.m. when my husband got out of bed and worked on the toilet. Every couple minutes a very loud noise. Also, the walls seemed paper thin. Since we were basically awakened every couple minutes, we were aware of every noise coming from above and next door.

Locarion was excellent, The experience had the potential of being desirable, with the exception that on 2 nights (we had a week long stay), they somehow neglected to service our room. After a full day outside, you expect to come to a clean room, but that was not the case. With proper attention to critical guest amenities, it would have been a different story. With that said, the front desk was very apologetic and tried to make it better, but the following night, it was the same - partial cleaning, trash not removed, used dishes still in the table, pillow on the floor. Would be tough to go back the next time we are in the area.

Room was clean, roomy and mostly well-furnished; bathroom has been updated. Desk chair was uncomfortable and below the quality of the rest of the furniture. (I have back pain, and desk chair quality may matter more to me than to others.) Room temp seemed to be uninfluenced by the thermostat setting.

5 star review here. The front desk asked if we were in town for anything special and we told them it was our anniversary. When we got back to our room after dinner they brought champagne and dessert (free of charge) and congratulated us. They really went the extra mile.

I really liked the ambiance of the hotel, staying there to help my son move in to his graduate apartment. I loved being able to get a cappuccino before heading out for the day! And I took advantage of the lovely outdoor seating area while waiting to meet up with him again later in the afternoon, listening to the water flowing in the fountain out front. The valet service was so accommodating, being that we arrived with a packed vehicle and needing it for various attempts at moving him in!

The valet parking arrangement is a bit overpriced and overdone. First you have to sign in to a link to pay and then the 3rd party charges a service fee and then they add a request for a tip. Too expensive and cumbersome.

The staff is amazing! Brayden was the best! So friendly and helpful! He also made it possible to give my parents a little surprise for their anniversary

Super pleasant place in a great location

Had to call several times to get fresh towels . Smallest and uncomfortable bathroom with poor ventilation. Bathroom doors don’t allow for privacy . Too expensive for the type of facility and services offered. Do not recommend.

We loved the lobby and the staff was great. My complaints are that the hallway was freezing and there is no coffeemaker in the room. I am guessing they want you to buy coffee at the cafe downstairs but it was definitely not open enough to make this practical. Overall, we would stay again but would definitely like to see a coffee maker next time.

Otherwise… Friendly, helpful staff. Good location. Humorous furniture and room keys. NBA semifinals easily found on TV. Lovely hot water temperature. Comfortable bed. Easy to use thermostat. We were on a high floor, and the street noise was minimal. Valet parking was worth the price. Free oranges and apples at front desk. WiFi worked properly; why no password? I’ve been seeing this at other establishments too. Has this become a safe way to operate? The establishments should blurb you as to why this is probably safe nowadays.
