Great location and theme!

the location was good. The bar area was a nice option as was the breakfast bar. We were very unhappy with the housekeeping. Our room was not cleaned every day and when it was, the bathroom sink had not been cleaned and the coffee options had not been replenished.

Rooms can use better noise insulation. Can hear everything in hallway and in room above.

There were not enough easily accessible outlets for charging phones. While looking for outlets around the bed, we noticed how dusty and dirty it was behind and around the bed. The showerhead also had green buildup on it. There was no soap in the shower dispenser, and the conditioner dispenser was either empty or the pump was broken. The room also really needs a nightlight or some type of low-level lighting. It was completely pitch dark at night. After getting up to use the bathroom, I couldn’t see where the bed was when I returned and actually fell while trying to get back onto it. This felt like a safety issue that could easily be prevented with a small nightlight. Our room also had not been made up by 4:00 p.m., which was inconvenient. The staff was very pleasant, but unfortunately, between the cleanliness issues, lack of basic amenities, poor lighting, and housekeeping, this was not the comfortable stay we expected.

Great place to stay

We were in town for a football game. The rooms are small and the bathroom very small. Older property that needs a great cleaning and coat of paint. Very great location that was walkable to stadium and great restaurants.

Amazing hotel - well appointed rooms, super helpful staff, and great vibes.

The hotel and rooms are nice, a little on the small side but fine. The issue is the paper thin walls. You can hear everything in the rooms on either side of you. Nice coffee bar in the lobby and the Resturant and Bar are good for breakfast and quick bites.

Very clean property and probably the nicest staff ever. I loved the decor it didn’t feel outdated. The lounge area was lovely. However I had probably the worst sleeps of my entire life. The bed was objectively uncomfortable and the springs were screaming every time I turned. This isn’t a cheap hotel, there is no reason why the beds should be this bad. I wish I could stay here again but honestly with how bad the bed was I felt like I wasted my money and should have just gotten a cheap motel instead.

Location was good. On site food was not good. Very overpriced.

The bedroom smelled like dirty bodies and the bathroom was not as clean as I’d like. There is a coffee spot downstairs but it’s not open long enough. Valet staff were absolutely lovely even when it was crazy busy. Location is perfect for university-related needs.
