Bell Tower Hotel

It is a nice hotel and located right near all the best spots downtown! The breakfast is DELICIOUS!

If you’re coming to UMich it’s a good option.

central location, clean hotel, good breakfast, minimal gym, and charge for parking valet bit much, o/w great hotel for central location stay.

Just warning other potential patrons that this hotel has bugs. I informed the front desk staff that we were awoken in the middle of the night by a carpet beetle crawling around in my partner’s hair, and emailed the hotel a picture. I had thought initially they had refunded my hotel charges, but no. They charged me the full amount... I also found a carpet beetle in the shower the next morning and when I turned the water on in the tub, he started doing the breast stroke- like this was not his first hotel swim..

A lovely old-school hotel walking distance to so many things. Terrific breakfast. Highly recommend.

A suggestion would be to have a microwave in the breakfast room to heat up the food. The food was cold and there was nowhere to reheat it.

Super convenient to the university and downtown, very comfortable room, extremely helpful/friendly staff. Just wish there was a non-valet parking option! ;)

This hotel was a true gem! It was clean, comfortable and had a marvelous breakfast spread! I thought parking was expensive but that was the going rate for area hotels, and it was valet so I appreciated that convenience. The only downside which the hotel could not control was the many homeless people sleeping on the sidewalk nearby (around the corner from the hotel). The hotel should be actively pressuring the town government to clean it up! But the hotel does lock their front door after 10pm which definitely made me feel safer about the riff-raff on the street not being able to wander into the hotel.

The major issue is the internet, which was very choppy and slow. It would also have been nice to have some water available for the guests rather than having them pay for it each day.

Location is great, but it's fairly dated. Mattress needed to be replaced. Breakfast was solid.

Really lovely place to stay. Check in was nice, breakfast was good and fresh, parking nearby and convenient to walk around campus.

I loved the small quaint property, I had the view of the actual Bell Tower and that was very cute. The bedding had a very nice quality and breakfast was included. And the best part was the location, really hard to beat in Ann Arbor
