Good location, generous breakfast. Wish there had been an espresso machine as well as tea/coffee. Overall good hotel with the exception that the AC in the room was very noisy, turning on throughout the night. No reason why that should be. It’s an easy fix

Only drawbacks for the noise of the parking lot backing up to our room, and the lack of privacy in the bathroom with the sliding glass door.

This hotel can use a renovation in the rooms. New carpet and new mattress is a must. A corner of the room was wet and mattress makes you fall to one side. $500 a night room does not even provide a free bottle of water and it charges $2.50 for tiny Fiji water. Also my room faced the beautiful parking lots. Breakfast was motel quality and you can only valet park. Only plus was the service (though they charged me for extra water) and location.

you need to take a small staircase to get to the elevator. there's a sign for wheelchair access, but it hardly seems ADA-friendly to have to take some circuitous route.

Love the staff service, convenient location and clean rooms. If available, I would stay at the Bell Tower for every Annarbor trip.

Very friendly staff. Great location. Bed was comfortable. Simple breakfast is adequate. Would be a 5 star experience if they had bathrobes and a frigde.
