Perfect location for the University of Michigan. The kitchen and living area gave us plenty of space to enjoy our stay!

When we arrived the network was down so we had to wait about 30 minutes to check in. The hardworking desk staff was checking in people by hand which led to a lot of confusion about room availability. I expected a lot better from Hilton.

Clean hotel close to the event I was attending The hotel decided to implement a special parking policy, but did not communicate that to the people staying including myself so when I got there, I was treated with an attitude because I was not able to automatically read their mind and know that they change the parking policy, even though they put nothing on their website about it nor did they contact me nor did they tell me when I called them earlier that day to pay the damage deposit over the phone because my friend and I were driving separate and I was running late and she was going to get there earlier so you would think if they were only gonna allow one parking press per reservation and you were on the phone with them the same day clearly stating that you and the second person staying in your room we’re driving separate separately that that would’ve been an opportune time to advise that but they did not and then treated me like I was the a hole for not knowing that and then I had to argue profusely in order to get a parking pass. Then once I got up to the room, I realized it was not the room I had reserved. I talked to the hotel and all they did was give me excuses and they offered me a free night stay but I have zero reason to go back to that location.

Stayed during my daughters UMich orientation and had a great stay. Property was clean, breakfast was decent and well stocked. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel and staff were wonderful! Conveniently located for the university and downtown. We will be staying there next time we’re in town.

Fairly new. The room we received was clean and the breakfast is fine. Value/service. We didn’t get the room we pre-paid for and reserved, and the staff was not able to accommodate us. I asked to speak to a manager about the issue at check-in and was told I could the manager would be in on Monday - not helpful to hear on a Saturday, when our stay was for just one night. The booking.com customer support (AI chat) also wasn’t helpful.
