The room was clean. Staffs were so nice and approachable.
-
Location and bed comfort The AC was rattling all night long, it’s way too loud and needs to be fixed.
-
Especially liked breakfast It's a little far from downtown Ann Arbor
-
the breakfast was well stocked, lots of choices the carpet in our room was very damp as if it was just steam cleaned but there were small wrappers and bits of rubbish still on the floor. The bathroom was not properly cleaned- there was still hair in the tub and the tile needed a deep clean.

Very clean. Comfortable Location is in behind two other hotels

Breakfast was great, varied; Loved the A2 touch of healthy add-ons for the Oatmeal! The woman who kept the breakfast area well stocked and clean, was a delight! Her energy & sunshine added to our enjoyment! All the staff we spoke with were friendly and our room was well attended to everyday without scheduling "requested" as needed for many other hotels these days. Rooms vey quite, clean & comfortable My only reason for the lower point was that the pool was closed for maintenance during our stay.

Nice hot breakfast

The only positive was the courteous and helpful front desk staff. The first room (332) had an overwhelming damp smell. The second room (319) smelled fine but had a toilet that stopped working. Although I was assured maintenance had repaired it, it remained inoperable for the second (last) day of my stay. Breakfast room chairs need recovering. Ominous potholes leading to site.

Breakfast was ok-runny scrambled eggs and polish sausage meat. Rest of food was unappetizing. Coffee was very bitter. I could not drink it. Room looked run down but clean. Staff were pleasant

Thank you for a great stay and professional staff. I left my wallet in the room after check out and they made sure to return it.
-
Overall a decent stay Air conditioner was noisy and the exhaust fan in the bathroom were loud But overall ok for a short stay

Good staff

Upon arrival I wanted to extend my stay one night. Unsuccessful. I later learned that it was the first day for the person managing. At the time she said 70% booked. During the time I tried to book the next day on line the price doubled. The next morning the manager could only say, Sorry. I booked at another hotel just as comfortable as Fairfield at less cost than my previous night at Fairfield. Why couldn’t the attendant book another night when I asked? Experience? Training?

The breakfast was very good and appeasing. There was plenty of choices. The seating area was small for the amount of guests that were there. The shower head was wobbly and the water pressure seemed to weak or it could have been just the shower head and the stream strength.
-
I could not have breakfast because of surgery in the afternoon
-
A little bit off the beaten path hidden behind other hotels, its convenient to the reasons one would go to Ann Arbor. One of the floors was undergoing renovation at the time of our visit.
-
The room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was free but not great.

Bad attitude from receptionist

Helpful staff and yummy breakfast

For the price it served a purpose. The rooms are dated and the hallway and main areas on floor 1 has carpet that was a major tripping hazard just pulling up loose and catching my feet, I’ve never seen anything like it. I had construction outside my window from early morning until evening, hammer sounds constantly as I tried for a nap. Breakfast ran out of food about 20 min before end, I do snag a turkey sausage that was bright pink inside so I threw it out. plus side is the people are super friendly. Won’t stay again.
