Courtyard By Marriott Ann Arbor

We needed to check in early and the front desk cheerfully assisted us with this. The kitchen staff was also very helpful when we came in late and asked for food in the last hour of their day. I highly recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Ann Arbor, but prefer to be closer to the mall and grocery store rather than downtown. It is away from the hustle and bustle and very peaceful!

Great accommodations for a football weekend, Friendly attendants at check-in, and it was nice spacious room that was very clean.

The rooms were very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Friendly staff made for a wonderful experience.

Stayed for 2 nights. Room was not serviced. When I informed the receptionist about it, I was told that I should have asked for it. Just not acceptable to treat customers the way they did.

Very easy check-in everyone was very friendly. Comfy rooms.

Overall clean and comfortable Nothing really

Quite old. Needs updating. The restaurant/bar was closed on a sold out Saturday night during a home Michigan game.

The stay was pretty good. The room was spacious and the property well maintained. It was in a good location and easy to find. Checking and out was a breeze. I felt the staff could have done a better job going over hotel policies like check out time and hours of breakfast.

It was very clean and the staff were friendly.

Great location Everything was good

Last minute reservation. Great location and nice property.

Old propert, rooms were dark. Felt more like a motel than a Marriott

Very good

Everything is great!

The hotel is really nice, has a great design and atmosphere. There is a really nice small restaurant and a really nice pool. The staff is really friendly and helpful as well. And the rooms are nice and clean as well. I had a nice stay there and will return to the same hotel when I come back in town.

I asked for room cleaning and a blanket. For over four nights, neither one of those were provided despite multiple requests. The first night the phones were down so there was no response. The second night the front desk manager said he was off desk so couldn’t pick up. I spoke to the front desk more than a couple of times each time asking for both but not even once did anyone check or respond. The only saving grace was the coffee shop host who was excellent to talk to and provided friendly service. One shouldn’t charge such exorbitant rates if the service is so poor

Coffee pot not working it was an ok stay! Clean and quite but could use more on keeping things working and conditioner or if you put something in the shower at least keep it restock.

Clean, spacious hotel. Room was superb, front desk personnel professional and polite.

Great stay

The hotel was nice. Convenient located. Room was clean. Everything was good.
