Outdated musty smelling room, stained and uncomfortable beds, mold in the shower, one out of four working ice machines, and to top it off, they increased my nightly rate after confirming a lower price and never informed me, then wouldn’t lower it back. Would never stay here again.

The facility is getting older but the staff does a great job taking care of it. One of the ice machines were down when I was there. The staff is very friendly in the middle of the night. The rooms were clean. The halls were well lit and clean. It was a nice stay

My room was very clean, quiet and comfortable so no complaints there. However, the pool and surrounding area was dirty, there were no towels on the shelf (even though another swimmer said she had requested some an hour earlier) and the breakfast was just sad for a Hampton Inn. It was a tiny, crowded area and poorly stocked.

The room carpet looks not very old but old. The bed cover lacks the sheet under the blanket. Hate the idea of suing the sheet with the blanket cover.

Location -electricals were not sufficient -the bathroom kept shorting when I plugged in a basic electrical razor -the bed side outlets and usb ports only charge for a few moments before they stopped working -the bathroom sink drained very slowly -the bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work - the AGRESSIVE take over of the hallways for cleaning was excessive
