The room and amenities are better than I expected.

Clean room matres could be better but for the price nice no complaints

This property was at an excellent price point for what you receive. We had a fairly large room with a refrigerator and microwave and 2 queen size beds. The rooms were clean and the property was very well-maintained. We love the coffee in the lobby. There are no coffee machines in the room nor is there a safe which should be considered by management. Otherwise, I felt it was quite a nice day. I really have no complaints. I would stay here again and was handy to the big house !!!!!

Room was clean

The front desk staff was terrible. Two occasions when I tried calling I felt like I was bothering them. I was hung up on one time then the second time she picked up and then muffled the phone while she finished a personal conversation. Check in and check out were the same, felt like I was inconveniencing her by being there.

The rooms are remodeled and very clean. The bathroom was newly remodeled and the fridge as well as microwave were new. The AC gets very cold so be prepared to turn up the heat occasionally. The outside public areas are well lit at night and the building has fresh paint. Very safe area with access to lots of dining and shopping. Very competitive pricing. There is no breakfast but free coffee. Overall a great place to sleep and relax if that’s all you need. Simple and well maintained property perfect for travelers and people who do not need tons of amenities. I would stay there again next time I’m in the area!

Cigarette & bugs behind bed on floor. Smelled like old cigarette smoke. Clearly day laborers living below and around loud & drink EVERY night! It was wild. I didn’t realize I’d be staying in the “residents” wing — out smoking weed, beer cans piled up, loud, boom box music going until 10pm, makeshift water bottle ashtrays outside doors. 100% yuck! Renovated & could be nice — weekly renters, not so much!!

Great staff and good amenities

Honestly this was a very great hotel to stay in. We stayed for the morgan wallen concert. The room was fresh and clean- spotless and the staff was very helpful and amazing especially on such a crazy busy day.

We could not watch tv all we could get was static on all channels.

Beds and pillows are just extremely hard and uncomfortable.

Parking lot is okay. Check-in was great. The lobby is kind of sad, but that's okay. Room was super clean and I was happy about that.

Close to Michigan Stadium

When we arrived at the hotel around 230, the woman at the counter was telling guests we can’t check you in until 3. Like miraculously all the rooms would be ready at that moment. There was no reason given except we don’t check in until 3. Needless to say, there was a concert at the University of Michigan. Prices at all the hotels were ridiculously marked up, all the way back in 11/25. Now if I would have paid $80 a night I would not have been so disappointed. Shame on me for letting the photos persuade me into making a reservation. While they did do upgrades at some point, the edges are VERY rough. Nice nightstands, sink, and linens, are just lipstick. Painting of the walls, old toilet, bathroom outlet had paint on it, could tell the old school wall hanging dryer has been dropped way too many times. Don’t let me forget, the door that is suppose to protect you from the outside, appeared to have been rammed from the inside many times. The weather stripping around the door? lol, we could see outside and if it had been cold outside I’m sure we would felt the breeze.

Staff was very unfriendly upon checkin. Hotel is gross to say the least. While pulling the sheets back to check for bed bugs, the conditions of the mattresses were absolutely disgusting. One was covered in filth and crumbs and one had suspicious gross stains. Never again….
