Room quality was fine, only minor complaint was housekeeping only comes a couple times during the stay; however, front desk was totally fine with giving new towels and such upon request. Bed was decently comfy lol. There are 2 floors, but no elevator so be careful if you have mobility issues. We had a longer term stay, and I would book another stay there in the future.

I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the room was. I had low expectations as I was just trying to find a room in the area. I'll stay here again.

Basic amenities, clean without lingering cleaning solution fumes, good value for the budget-conscious traveler. I wish the windows were operable and that there were adjustable blinds. There's one pull-down light-blocking blind, no in-between.

The room was surprisingly very clean, beds were alright but would prefer a firmer mattress. Am a tv watching person and the cable was horrible for channels as need to be updated to a better channels and lineup, don't advertise premium cable channels when absolutely not and no local stations either!

Clean neat room

We thought the room was much cleaner than the last RedRoofWeStayed at. Very restful and quit except for the thunder storm sliding through the nite. Staff was very helpful in giving directons to our room. Aair condition was nice. All was comfortable.

Looks like the place has been recently been re done inside and out. Could use new exterior doors with up graded locks and dead bolt, a stopper for bath sink would be nice too!

The lack of staff availability and response in a situation like this is unacceptable. Guests should feel safe and be able to reach someone immediately if there’s an issue. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. I would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made to security, staff responsiveness, and overall guest safety.

The property is very well maintained and the rooms are of a good value for the price that customers pay. The only thing that I disliked is that there’s a very small limited choice on channels to watch on the t.v. No good channels at all. The maintenance and staff are respectful and always willing to help out.

The walls smel. Not sure what it was.

Pillows were awful. One of the pillows was hard like a book. Could have used better toiletries like tissues and both conditioner and shampoo rather than just shampoo.

The hotel itself was pretty clean. The exterior was still old and run down looking.

Very clean and well maintained. My only complaint is the poor water pressure in the toilet. It took 3 flushes for waste to go down the pipe.
