The room was clean and comfortable. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

This was a really nice property. Everything was clean and the room was easy to hang out in. I would definitely stay here again. The price was extremely reasonable.

Breakfast is basic cereal, bengals and hard boiled eggs.

It is a nice place, rooms are set up nice. I like that this is affordable!! Oh and when you want the ac on, it actually works unlike at some places!

I had a wonderful stay at Spark By Hilton! The staff was friendly and attentive. I received text messages throughout my stay from staff to check on how my stay was going. The property, lobby, my room and other areas of the hotel were very clean. My room was set up very nicely. There was complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby area with a variety of coffee creamer. There was also an area in the lobby with many drink, snack and goodies options available for purchase. In the morning, there was complimentary breakfast with bagels, oatmeal, cereal and juice. It's my second stay there and I had forgotten how nice it was, especially compared to the neighboring hotel I stayed at last weekend. Staying at Spark was very refreshing and relaxing, which is what I needed right now with my husband being an inpatient at U of M. I highly recommend this hotel!

Plenty of parking, staff were polite and helpful, exercise room could use more equipment.

Our room door had a gap large enough to stick a finger through on one side. Doesn't seem very secure...

While it was listed as a bagel bar, it was very subpar with luke-warm coffee. Our room, unfortunately smelled like mold and there was, in fact, mold in the shower. I will say, the staff was very nice which made the stay much better. Would look for another hotel in the surrounding area next time.

The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was average. Would of been better if there had been a waffle maker or some sort of hot food, e.g., eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy.

Plenty of parking. Great breakfast- I loved the toppings for the oatmeal and the fresh yogurt machine. The room was comfortable. The staff was helpful. We stayed to be near the children’s hospital for a procedure and we needed extra towels and pillows, which were provided no problem. The only thing that we would like to see changed is in the bathroom. The toilet seat should have a cover for hygiene and so you don’t feel like you are going to drop something in it by mistake. Also a small table or shelf to place clothes or glasses while showering would prove useful.

It was a solid property but the breakfast was a little bare.

The room was very clean, the staff were exceptionally friendly, breakfast was good, and parking was great and easily accessible. Great location right next to the Briarwood Mall.

Only a continental breakfast...for the money, I'd spend a couple more bucks and get a room elsewhere.
