Spark by Hilton Ann Arbor South

This was the first time my wife and I have stayed at this hotel. We came for a football game and got a good price here, as compared to other properties in Ann Arbor for a one night stay. The hotel is clean and quiet. That's very important. There is a pool and workout room. Since we had a brunch reservation, we didn't eat breakfast here. That said, I did go to get juice and the food offerings seemed quite limited. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, if the price is right.

It would be so nice to have a coffee pot in the room but luckily we were right by the lobbiy but most people aren't. The reservation lady could have been a bit more unpleasant but she did give us the information we needed and that's all we have to ask for right.

While the hotel was nice and clean, the staff made the stay so much better. It is nice to check in with friendly and helpful faces!

As basic, no thrills, two star hotels go, this was not the worst. And certainly no complaints about staff. We were here during a UoM football weekend, so painful paying four star prices for an out of the way two star hotel. But that's how it goes. Only downer was the toilet leaked and backed-up when guests in neighboring rooms flushed theirs. Totally gross. But when we reported it to the front desk the next morning, they dod react and fix it. So overall, basic and functional, and does a job. Nothing more or less than you would expect from a two star motel.

Great spot to stay. Very well lit and clean overall. Rooms are very spacious. Good for families

Parking was great, room was clean, staff was friendly, beds were comfortable and the place was quiet. We left before the continental breakfast was served. Had to get to the hospital by 5:30pm

Excellent location. Well maintained. The bathroom needs to be redone. It would not accommodate a person in a wheelchair that easily

We returned at 11:30 pm and the toilet was not fixed. Found out the next day she forgot the room number! We demanded a different room that night.

Had a great stay for game we attended. Stay was 4 days and had no issues, tyvm.

The facility was clean and comfortable. Was greeted by a friendly front desk person. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely stay at Spark again if I was visiting Ann Arbor.

Super Clean, nice hotel right on S. State Street, near the I-95 ramps.

Just thought it wou have been a hot breakfast. I was a little disappointed
