William was so kind and helpful throughout our stay! The room was nice & the exercise room was a good size. We were only there for one night but we’ll definitely be back, particularly if the prices are as reasonable as what we paid.

Extremely comfortable

Very clean and new. Facility and staff are amazing!

We were welcomed by William, and he was delightful. Offered a glass of champagne. The room was clean, comfortable, nicely appointed, and quiet. I used the fitness center, but regrettably didn't take time to swim in the pool. The pool area was very clean. I will be visiting Ann Arbor again soon and will definitely book this hotel.

The one thing that this place could have improved on was the amount of staff in the dining room at breakfast time. Especially since they had multiple events taking place in the hotel the same weekend and therefore a higher guest count. It was very difficult to get service, refills, even silverware or cups. Otherwise, I had a marvelous time and enjoyed my stay very much!

Charged by Expedia and by hotel. Hotel claimed they didn’t see it on their end. 5 days later still waiting for a refund. Hotel is nice. Staffing not sure much.

I didn’t eat breakfast here but I did want to give a guy name Joe at the front desk a shout out! He was beyond helpful / amazing to our family during our stay. Our 12 yr old son was in U of M children’s Motts hospital that is why we stayed here, he knew of our situation and when checked in he went out of his way to allow our 2 younger kids to pick out a drink, snack and ice cream from the gift shop on him. I thought that was so thoughtful and kind of him, a small gesture but to us during this hard time it meant so much to us! We had to switch rooms during our stay due to a leak in the bathrooms ceiling, it was pretty bad our stuff got pretty wet and was a hazard due to the risk of slipping / falling.

I love the location. It was by everything. Love the pool my family and myself spent hours. Room was cute. I hate that I had to wait 30 minutes after check-in time to get into my room

Right from the reception, the staff were polite—especially William, who kept smiling the whole time, offering water and drinks, and keeping my daughter entertained so she would feel right at home.

I really liked it. It was very clean. Also had a nice diner.

Clean room very quiet at night! Bed was very comfortable. Close to a lot of restaurants!

Look, it's hard to pick out one single feature to review because this place was a knockout. We stayed in perhaps a dozen hotels as we drove across the country and this place was the star, overall. It's the one hotel that could be construed as a destination in and of itself. Amenities were super - pool, hot tub, workout machines, lobby food and treats, adjoining restaurant - this place had them all. Most hotels coem off as OK and good for a night or tow, but this place was a cut above.

It was very quiet in the rooms

I swim when I travel and love to do laps any time of the day. They open the pool at 530 am and close it at 1100 for adults. I have traveled all over and it is the BEST POOL!! When I am done doing laps, I go into the hot tub which is not that hot (I hate when they are so hot you can't relax.) and read, along with my (non-glass beverage) best time of traveling sometimes:):) It is super clean (which I am a crazy person about) with no pets on the top floors which I LOVE LOVE LOVE!!

The staff were amazing and the facilities were well maintained and nice. The rooms were clean with a little wear. Would definitely come back again though.
