The Kensington Hotel

Very comfortable with the feel of a high end hotel. The elevator was broken. There was still one to use, but it did create more wait time than needed. They should NOT charge for coffee in the lobby. I paid $3 for a cup that was about the same quality of the KCups in the room.

Everything is great! Especially, the Shuttle to the Game is very helpful!

Lobby was nice rooms were updated but still need to be cleaned better the windows had spiderwebs on them and the heat didn’t work

Desk and bar staff were great. I'd like to see coffee available in the lobby.

Proximity to I-94 Really didn’t dislike anything

smelly outdated rooms. toilet was comically low to the floor. Property really needs an update. This is a motel class accommodation..and a cheap one at that. Terrrible experience. No way would I stay here again.

Disappointing stay. The hotel was clean. It was a business trip and I needed to prepare for the next day. My desk chair was broken. I called and they brought a replacement, which sank too low to work comfortably. I called again and they said they would bring anither replacement chair. After about 45 minutes I tried to call the front desk several times. I finally walked down and spoke to the clerk. He said everyone had gone home and they would address it the next day. When I said that I would be checking out in the morning and was trying to work, he suggested sitting on pillows. They finally brought another chair, which still sat low.

It was quiet so we could sleep. This is a big deal for me. The rooms were nice, and the beds were comfortable. It wasn't close to anything except the freeway for our next destination. I had wanted to see more of Ann Arbor, but all the construction made it impossible to go anywhere.

Welcomed with a glass of bubbly. Staff were great. Beds very comfortable. Great food in the restaurant.

room smelled like stale smoke initially. overall an average hotel but with great staff.

Room was nice though bathroom a bit dated compared to the room. A/C worked but humidity seemed high in room but not bad enough to justify getting addressed. It was fine. Overall hotel was good and good value given game day on a popular weekend (UM/OU game)
