Sheraton Ann Arbor Hotel

It’s a suitable hotel. The staff were excellent, warm and helpful. We found our room to be dark and musty (room 102) and we were moved to another room which was much better. It was only a one night stay on route someplace else so it was fine for what it was. The bathrooms are so small it’s hard to shut the door. The carpeting throughout is old. There were pieces of toast in the hallway when we checked in and out. The interior lobby and bar is dark. There is a nice outdoor inner garden area to sit and read. Did not use the pool. Beds and pillows are great and room was clean.

This is my go to stay in Ann Arbor. Staff is always great, rooms are comfy and clean - and quiet!

I come to this location whenever I'm in Ann Arbor and they never disappoint. Staff are very attentive and bar tender always on point with great conversations. 2 thumbs-up all the way around.

Great stay. Room was clean and quiet

- great variety of pillows, and a good mattress -indoor outdoor pool was perfect for a very hot day -bar and restaurant on site, decent food. Made-to-order omelettes available for breakfast. Cons: -no ice machines available on property. Had to get a small bag of ice from the freezer in the marketplace. -was not informed about need for breakfast coupons when I checked in. Or restaurant hours. -they seem to be working on limited staff. Trash cans were overflowing after a huge checkout the day that I got there. Another woman was wanting to talk to a manager, who is not available. Overall, a good experience and I would return.

We changed rooms. Expecting an upgrade. Did not get it. We wanted to eat at 9 pm or so. This was one of the reasons we chose the Sheraton They had a restaurant that was supposed to be open. They informed us they closed early because it was slow. We ate junk food from the pantry. Painfully obvious they did not want business. Ours, or anyone else’s.

Clean, quiet and friendly staff with decent amenities, all you need for a good night rest.

Beautiful hotel. Staff, especially our waitress at breakfast were very helpful and pleasant. The rooms were spotless, the beds were very comfortable. We did not utilize the pool because the water was too cloudy. Breakfast selection were very satisfying. We did purchase breakfast with our reservation and it was worth every penny.

Breakfast was mediocre. Wifi didn't work for two days and when it came back it was extremely slow.

Water was not available in the lobby for guests except for the fountain next to the bathroom!

Very good breakfast buffet. Rooms are clean and quiet, good water pressure and handheld wand in shower.

Rooms were very clean and tidy, the front lobby was well-maintained, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of options. We also really appreciated that the hotel had an EV charger available, and it was conveniently located very close to the front entrance, making charging easy and hassle-free. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again if in the area again.

I enjoyed my stay, the room looked nice and clean. However, I had to ask for my towels to be picked up, my trash thrown out and for my bed to be straightened every day. I asked the front desk person this and this was taken care of. The staff were excelent in helping me and were very professional. A gym is on the first floor but I did not use this. They also have a breakfast area that you pay for which opens at 7:00 AM. The price is $17.99 plus tax making this $19.07 as of May of 26. I went only out to the right and the only restaurant I saw nearby was a Wendy's. Maybe the other way are some others within walking distance.
