Sheraton Ann Arbor Hotel

The entire staff was just amazing. From the front desk, to the woman helping with coffee, to the people cleaning the hotel-everyone went above and beyond for us. The hotel was clean and it's the only place I actually sleep well. Thank you Sheraton for a wonderful stay.

- the phone in my room didn’t work . Spoke with front desk staff , but no body came to fix it - the front desk staffs are poorly trained. They don’t greet people. When I checked out, they didn’t even say thank you or have a good trip. She looked annoyed when I asked for a printed receipt

Absolutely EVERYTHING!!!

Easy access, clean VERY disappointed at check in! There was a line of about 6 guests trying to check in when we arrived so we had to wait, there was only 1 person working check in! We were then told that a LARGE party from previous night had just checked out, at 3:40 PM! Check in time is 4:00 PM! The gentleman at the counter told us it would be at least 2 hours before our room would be ready!!!! We were going to a concert at Ford Field and wanted to clean up before we left for downtown Detroit, unfortunately that wasn’t going to happen. When we returned from the concert after midnight, there was still a line of people trying to check in with one person to help guests. There is NO excuse for allowing LARGE parties of people to check out late! No compensation or reimbursement were offered for our inability to access our room at check in time!

Rooms were clean and staff friendly. The breakfast was nothing to talk about.

Great room and location. Would stay there again when visiting Ann Arbor. Close to highway. A short drive into campus from there. Onsite parking available for $10 a day.

Everything was great, except breakfast. Great choices, just cold eggs ( 2 mornings in a row).

We were not told breakfast was included in our rate and were not offered breakfast coupons. We received a welcome message from Expedia the day before our weeklong stay ended.

It’s a suitable hotel. The staff were excellent, warm and helpful. We found our room to be dark and musty (room 102) and we were moved to another room which was much better. It was only a one night stay on route someplace else so it was fine for what it was. The bathrooms are so small it’s hard to shut the door. The carpeting throughout is old. There were pieces of toast in the hallway when we checked in and out. The interior lobby and bar is dark. There is a nice outdoor inner garden area to sit and read. Did not use the pool. Beds and pillows are great and room was clean.

The hotel had a nice atmosphere. Very tiny bathroom, tiny room, smelled really bad in this specific room (it seemed like a sewage problem in the room). Very uncomfortable. Not good value for money.

This is my go to stay in Ann Arbor. Staff is always great, rooms are comfy and clean - and quiet!

I come to this location whenever I'm in Ann Arbor and they never disappoint. Staff are very attentive and bar tender always on point with great conversations. 2 thumbs-up all the way around.

Location, cleanliness First stay, internet wasn’t working, and couldn’t fix it; second stay on a different floor it was. Fan was direct, so very uncomfortable.
