I expected the property to be similar to other Extended Stay hotels. There were no utencils in the kitchen, the storage ches was broken, and the pullout bed and sheets were unclean. The staff was helpful in letting switch room.

Staff is super friendly, and even waited for me to check in at 1am the next evening. The noise is a bitch much. The beds weren't very comfortable. Had only 2 very small trash cans in which to throw stuff out. Kitchen didn't have any items to do any kind of cooking, so bring your own, I guess.

The staff was friendly and the location was good. The front desk is not available through the night or early in the morning. The room was disgusting. The walls had grease stains and the carpet was sticky and outdated. The room had a musty smell and you can tell someone was living out of that room

Convenience, price and staff There were No Bath towels , wash clothes, needed more bedding. It really needs to be updated. It had a full kitchen and no utensils, no plates, no pans, no cups, absolutely nothing.

Excellent staff but the place was very run down. Smelled like a dog when we walked in and our room smelled like old cooking grease. No shampoo in the bathroom. Dressers and furniture were really beat up. I get that it is not a luxury hotel, but for $250/ night (graduation weekend price gouging), it was hard to swallow. Not gonna extend my stay here.

Great location. Water pressure in the shower was fantastic. It smelled and the carpets have seen better days. I didn’t want to walk around my room without something on my feet. No cooking stuff or anything in the kitchen. My room key card said they had free take away breakfast but I didn’t see anything.

This is probably the biggest size of room at this price range and great value. Location is walking distance to the mall and few restaurants Even though the room has a fully equipped with a kitchen its useless. There's not a single plate or utensils or even cooking utensils. There was not even a water kettle nor any clothes hanger either. It lacked every basic necessary items provided by a hotel.

Terrible lobby, smelly and dirty hallways, dirty carpet, dirty towels... a disaster

The lobby, hallways and stairway was filthy. Hallway looked as though it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. I’ve never been to an Extended Stay that had nothing in the kitchen but one disposable plastic cup. No dish ware or utensils or any pots or even a dish.front desk closes early and opens lat 10 AM.

The front desk was very accommodating

Quick check in. Rooms could be cleaner, room needs a makeover, all towels, mattresses and sheets need to be updated and replaced. These items were very warn. I didn’t shower until I got to another hotel, if that sums it up better.

Location, staff was nice at check in but that’s it. Bed was uncomfortable. Staff was not always available. Staff when needed was rude. Kind of sketchy hotel. Temperature was hard to regulate in room. Damaged drawers.

The facility seemed sketchy. We arrived late and could not get ahold of anyone to check in. We had to call customer service (a number I found online), and they were able to reach the night attendant. He finally came out and checked us in. The room was clean, but the furnace smelled. The carpet was undesirable.

Staff went above and beyond on what was a very busy day

I normally do not write reviews, but this is one that needs to happen. Despite several attempts to remedy the concerns both on site and via email with the manager. Nothing was done. Long story short. The room was in terrible condition. It was dirty, there were poor repairs made to virtually every corner of the room. It was doors on the bathroom vanity, the caulking around the tub/shower was discussing. There was a 2x4 in the corner of the room to hold the door open. Immediately after checking in, we tried to report these conditions on three separate attempts to the front desk but nobody was there. I tried to call and report the concerns but nobody responded. I then sent a message through the Expedia App to the hotel but no response. We ended up only straying for the first night of our two night stay and we checked out. Again, nobody was at the front desk to even check out so we dropped our under the office door. All I wanted was to get a refund for the second night that we did not use. No response, just a form email from the manager. Terrible condition of the room and terrible customer service. They could have made everything right by refunding our second night that we did not use, but nothing.

The bed was comfortable. The room was cozy.Fridge was clean. No ice trays to make ice. There was no ice machine at the facility. No plates, cooking ware in the kitchen area. The microwave didn't have the plate or the turntable.
