Holiday Inn & Suites Ann Arbor Univ Michigan Area by IHG

The beds and pillows are so comfortable and staff were nice. The elevator! I was in the 4th floor and had a hard time getting there because the elevator wouldn’t work properly. Let the staff know and they said they were aware of it after telling me to take it. Had to lug everything up the stairs.

Exceptional

The pool was having concrete poured, the smell was really bad. The tub had stains and the tub faucet needs updating. The paint is peeling near the ceiling in the bathroom. The floors need sweep. The room was spacious. The staff was great, parking was easy and accessible. Food venue around were plentiful. This hotel is dated and in need up some TLC, which I believe is in the process, but not there yet.

Location, comfort, lounge/bar/breakfast Price was outrages. staff wasn’t real helpful. My room was comfortable, but on day 2 after the room was cleaned no coffee or cups so I spoke to desk staff that evening and ask for coffee. They said they couldn’t help me until morning. I was checking out very early so no coffee. It seems like a small thing but at the price I paid that’s was not satisfactory

Excellent. Highly recommend staying here

The room was clean and spacious. TV viewing was a chore and not current with the times. Unable to add personal streaming services like other comparable hotels. Pool was completely demolished and under construction. The website did not note any of this. Complimentary breakfast was nice.

Online showed pool, was no pool. No sheets or pillows for pullout couch

Really good breakfast, friendly staff, 30 min walk to Michigan Stadium

The helpful staff

I would have preferred a smart TV for streaming

I really enjoy staying here for football games.

Great location. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Would stay here again.

Room was great, had some hiccups with the TV, but the lounge area had 3 TV’s and a bar. Happy hour is a must, food is overpriced. Breakfast was excellent.

Hotel looks like it was recently refurbished. Nice room, Very clean. Excellent free breakfast. Very friendly staff. Across the street from Wendy's , Buffalo Wild Wings and a Korean steak house . Plenty of Ubers and Lyft service to get you into the center of town if you want.Would definitely stay there again.

Bed was comfortable good breakfast Rooms were overbooked so we had to settle for less beds then we booked.

Pool was half drained and dirty. We booked specifically for the pool. Only one elevated was working. Lots of people had to sit and wait

The breakfast was plentiful.

Friendly staff, clean and the facilities are very well maintain. Great breakfast and great coffee.
