Hyatt Place Ann Arbor

The property was as described. Very clean and comfortable and the staff was excellent and accommodating.

The room was very clean and quiet. Also don’t miss the breakfast, it was excellent.

Just a suggestion. A hot tub in this hotel would make this place absolutely 100000x better. Other than that, our stay was great. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable to sleep on, and it was close to everything for the Morgan Wallen concert. Thank you for a great experience!

Got there at 3:45 and check in was 3:00. Room wasn’t ready, went down for a concert and the girls had no where to change. You would think for how much they charged for one night it would’ve been ready. I understand supply and demand but it was a bit excessive

Better breakfast than most other hotels.

Great property with nice breakfast. Wasn’t too keen on the plastic cutlery on one of the days but otherwise all good. Comfy beds, nice bedding

One of the staffs members wouldn’t help she was busy on her phone at all times. She is had the worst attitude I’ve ever had at any hotel stays my family and I ever had

Small bedroom, sliding door to the bathroom doesn’t give enough privacy, lack of microwave in bedroom.

Friendly staff, clean facilities & great breakfast selection.

Room was clean. Clean towels and bed. Cable was TERRIBLE. Literally, only had about 15 channels and majority was news and sports. Had to connect our phone to the TV and watch Netflix. Doors slammed so we heard slamming doors all the time. Restaurant menu was mediocre. Restaurant staff was rude. Breakfast was good. Hotel looked nice though. Nice pool. Nice dining room. Front desk was very friendly. Have to pay $10 a day for parking. Overall, not too bad of a stay. Microwave's are by request only. The hotel was clean and neat which is a main thing. I was comfortable.

Would be nice to have a microwave in the bedroom.

Needs attention and cleaning

Clean room. Good water pressure. Good amount of breakfast choices, food was fresh and good.

Very convenient location. Good breakfast and services.

Our room was the handicap room assigned who knows how. When we tried to shower, water leaked across the floor all the way to the toilet making the floor slippery and dangerous. We could not use the toilet or finish showering as the entire space quickly flooded. We did get reimbursed for our stay, but Hyatt could have sustained some serious legal damage if we had taken a fall. Felt we should have been gifted a Hyatt stay anywhere we would have liked to go.

The property and room were spotless. The room had 2 king begs, which was amazing traveling with kids. The hotel is nothing too special, but they do everything great. The front desk staff was super helpful and the breakfast was very good for a complimentary hotel breakfast. Would stay again if I am in the area.
