Beds need to be updates and there was black mold in the shower

Just came in for the night for a college visit but we slept very well.

The cleanliness was excellent. The bath was very clean. The room was very clean. The cleaning staff in the morning were very pleasant. I will say our check-in took longer than expected. They were having problems with the system. I was passed from one employee to another in the middle of check-in so I had to start over. Essentially, my beef is with the Pet fee. We stayed one night. Our dog is potty trained and well behaved did not make one bark the entire time but the pet fee is $100. I nearly died when she said that I get it that they are giving you five nights for that but when you’re only staying one night, maybe it shouldn’t be 20 which would be 100÷5 but even at 50 I would’ve considered it slightly high but not out of sight. We will never stay at Hyatt -if they’re all that way! From now on, I’m committed to calling prior to staying anywhere that doesn’t state their pet-fee online. I understand that prices have gone up since our last vacation. I still can’t abide by the $100 fee. Breakfast was MEH……. The only thing I found appetizing was the sausage. Not much cho

Real breakfast

We stayed here unexpectedly as my husband had emergency surgery and we wanted to be near the hospital. The staff was very friendly and helpful, allowing us an early check in at no change due to our circumstances. The room was great! It's nice to have a bar and small restaurant on-site, although cocktails were quite pricey. Also, the breakfast included bowls of fresh fruit, cantaloupe, pineapple, blueberries and strawberries and they were all so good!

The hotel was clean. The breakfast had fresh fruit and many other things. Very nice stay.

There was a minor pro lems during the check in process. But afternoon supervisor (i didn't get the name) was polite, confident and handled it supposedly. After all, I liked the way room was set up, modernized, and clean. Breakfast was decent, and time to downtown ann arbor takes 13min from here. It was a good stay for me.

I chose this hotel because they have a 12 noon checkout.

Rooms were large and laid out well.

Everything would have been 5 star, but the first room they gave me was not cleaned and it was already near 8pm. They took care of me quickly by getting a new room and it was perfect.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The space was beautiful! And the breakfast was very nice! The room was very warm. The AC was at 74 most of the time we were there. The AC was also very loud when it turned on and off.

Clean room and space in room

Great hotel with large rooms and ability to keep pets. Air struggled, but we were quickly moved into a different room. We would stay here again!

This is the main stay for our frequent visits to Ann Arbor, where one of our kids is a U Mich student. Clean and convenient. Wish they can install some EV chargers on site since we drive a Tesla.

Room are clean, breakfast was good and a great location
