Front desk sent us to room 30& It was either occupied or never cleaned. When we opened the door the TV was one, bed unmade, snacks in LR, Bedroom and Bath. All lights on. We quickly left asap and went to the front desk. We explained to him what happened, and he kind of chuckled! He didn’t apologize. He didn’t say I’m so sorry that is horrible, he didn’t say what a bad mistake… He chuckled and said let me see if I can find you a different room… With no explanation. We were kind of mortified and unsettled to say the least. Then before our second night, Friday, we found dried blood on our sheets.

The bed was amazing, our TV was broken a when we told the staff they didn’t care. Didn’t offer to fix it or move rooms. Staff at the bar seemed bothered to make us a drink, so had we just left. There were two females who didn’t even stay there that were trying to scam CC information on the elevator.

Rooms and hallways were very clean! Very impressed with how clean the rooms were and the workout facility was the the best I have seen. Excellent equipment. The only disappoints for us were hot tub not working and outdoor seating area could be better. Again, an outdoor seating area with a gas firepit would be great (like home2's tend to have) and the hot tub needs to be fixed, other than that I would definitely stay here again! very clean and friendly staff.

Room was very clean Went to front desk and asked for a blanket, offered to walk to house keeping and pick it up but was told no they would run it up. 30 minutes go bye no blanket. Call down front desk & they say they will run it right up. Never got a blanket.
