Great location, very clean and helpful staff.

Mr. Kyle at front desk was amazing. He listened very well and made sure our stay becomes better. Unfortunately, the outside smoking area is too close to the building. If you decide to stay at EVEN, make sure your room will be AWAY from the smoking area.

We stayed in a room with two double beds. The beds were comfortable and the room and bathroom were very clean. The staff and the hotel amenities were excellent. We were there to drop our son of at the University of Michigan. It's a 10 min. drive to campus and was the perfect location. We had a 1am check-in and it was quick and easy, which was a huge relief because we were exhausted from traveling. I would recommend and certainly stay here again.

Everyone was so kind and helpful from the moment we walked in. The room was super clean and a great surprise to find exercise bands and rollers in the room! Pleasant all around!

Location and lots of parking Beds were not comfortable and our room was facing the highway. Unfortunately we heard the traffic all night long and did not get to sleep.

Great value. Super staff. Very comfortable beds. Clean. Really good, made to order breakfast. Convenience shop. My only critique is the number of lights that cannot be turned off in the room: switches next to the bed, alarm clock, flashing light above the TV, and auto light as bright as the burning sun in the bathroom.
