Room service was missed on one day. The indoor pool was cold. There were some stains on the bed spread. The shower gel ran low. The tv monitor was small. Nice: Breakfast variety and quality Staff friendliness Good value Close to UMich and mall

The suite was perfect! Great, friendly and helpful staff with great customer service..Emma at the desk was amazing! She made us feel very welcome and accommodated— and the hotel, room, and pool were all so clean! Will definitely go back next time my family needs somewhere to stay in the area :)

Nice place, good location and good food. Unfortunately, poor housekeeping and front desk support, during some days.

Wish we had found this place sooner! So much nicer than the last 2 places we stayed.

Room was near the pool and ended up being very loud. Also, the weather was warm and our room was very warm also, would have liked to be able to change the room temperature. On the other hand, the staff was very kind and the granola bar was great.

Sarah was very help with our stay, she was warm and want to do anything she could to make sure me and my family felt like it was home.

House keeping does an excellent job with the cleanliness of the rooms. My biggest issue was furniture and amenities were dated—maybe from the 90’s to early 2000’s. I understand durability, but it’s time for an upgrade. The TV’s in both rooms were a mere 32”, the distance from the sofa to the TV is over 15’—it should be larger than that in this day. The lighting fixture in my bath had began to rust, I did not affect functionality, but it was an eyesore for me—I don’t think anyone else noticed. Lastly, the sofa bed was awful—it might have been better to sleep on the floor. The location is premium, it was right across the from the mall, easy access to the interstate, and about 10 minutes from the University. Again, kudos to the cleaning staff, the extra efforts were noticed. All in all to say when traveling with teens, there will be tradeoffs—in this case location/location.

Clean Small space

Breakfast was not that great. Potatoes were dry and eggs were not scrambled well.

the hallway smelled of either pee or weed, I couldn't quite figure it out (over 3 days). The room was nice...but the smell permeated the space/hall/elevator. Needs a new carpet and request that workers there "smoke" AWAY from the building.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was average but more than adequate. This was a great value and we will book here again.
