Hilton Garden Inn Ann Arbor

The room was clean and exactly what I needed. It is close to the university and a quick trip to the hospital.

We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I recommend is adding a charcuterie board and a vegetable platter with hummus.

It was a disappointment, if they had at least shown interest I might consider staying here in the future, but I won’t be staying here again.

The staff was very kind during a very difficult time for me and my family.

This place is in the perfect location and it’s such a beautiful property. The pool is absolutely beautiful, but the downfall is that it is known as a cool pool, which means they won’t heat it. It is absolutely freezing. We went in September and it was so cold I didn’t even want to put my feet in. I can only imagine in a couple weeks how cold it will be. We seen multiple people while my six-year-old was swimming, chattering going into the pool feeling how cold it is and then leaving. I love this property, but I don’t think we will come back based on the fact that I won’t even go in the pool because it’s too cold with my kids. I don’t know if this is a cost savings thing in their advertising as a cool pool to excuse the fact that it’s not heated but if they want families to go swimming there, especially when summer is done they need to upgrade their systems so that the pool is actually warm enough to swim in and actually enjoy with the family.

We really enjoyed all of the things the property offered. The staff were excellent and helpful. There were cheese and crackers for the guest in the lobby which were a nice surprise. The bed was comfortable.

Great facilities and staff. Although it is close to UM, still quite a walk to campus and restaurants.

Nice little store with toiletries and beer right up alongside the front desk. Bed was too soft for my taste and pillows had little substance. Otherwise a nice experience.

Breakfast

Front desk staff couldn’t care less (No towels in the room. They asked us to walk down and get them and not even a “sorry” to apologize).

The restaurant, the lobby and the room were all spotlessly clean. Alex at the front desk was amazing, efficient, and friendly! I have absolutely no complaints about my stay, and would definitely stay here again.

We liked the remodeling you did giving the rooms a clean fresh look. A little paint goes a long way. The convenience of the breakfast right there at the hotel. Being close to Briarwood Shopping center. Catching a cab nearby would be a great help to us. My husband and I are pushing 80. We had a doctor’s appointment at U of M hospital. I’m the one who driving all the time now. And I was very nervous to drive to the hospital. I tried making arrangements for taxi pick up before we left home but the cab never showed up.☹️so for us a convenient cab stand would be nice.

Location and staff friendliness Pool wasnt working to what i thought. Epensive for what it was. Bath tub was rusty and bed was pretty uncomfortable. Reserved a crib and it wasnt there.
