Everything was clean and new, breakfast wasn’t exceptional.

This property was great. We loved everything about its location, access to the convenience store in the lobby, the pet friendliness (we have a 9.5 lb Cavapoo) and how clean it all was. The only thing we would change are the beds. Way too hard and uncomfortable. Which is to bad cuz we’d love to stay here again.

I specifically paid for and reserved a room that had a bedroom with a door because my husband likes to stay up until two and I had a 5 AM call that I had to get on for work when we checked in the room did not have a door on it and when I called the desk, all she said was oh I’m really sorry but we were overbooked and you got bumped not acceptable in my opinion!!

Inside the rooms , ring stains on furniture , trash was left in the room even when room service came in , stains onthe desk chair seat and the television in the living room did not work …. STAFF SAID THEY COULDN'T FIX IT. Breakfast was ok. They clean the rooms every other day, you take out your own trash until then.

The breakfast was a total joke. While they don't advertise it as a complete continental breakfast, the offerings were subpar at best. The staff didn't keep up with any of the replenishment of coffee, food, etc, to the point where I ended up just getting breakfast elsewhere. The room itself was nice and comfortable, but the finishes left a lot to be desired. There were a lot of areas in the shower that were seemingly missing caulk. Not enough towels provided. Overall, the experience was OK, but for the price you're paying, you could probably get a lot better bang for your buck. If you don't mind a sad breakfast with decaf coffee and children running around the halls at *all* hours, this is the hotel for you.

Dishes and silverware provided. Gel wash, shampoo and conditioner provided in shower stall (pumps attached to wall) W/D on premises. Ample breakfast provided with hot dishes.

The hotel did not contact us in advance to warn us. The sofa bed mattress was incredibly thin, completely uncomfortable, and you could feel the metal springs right through it. When we complained, the staff told us we were free to leave and find another hotel, but because it was a "nonrefundable" booking, we would have to fight Expedia ourselves to try and get our money back. Since it was late, we were forced to stay and had a terrible night's sleep. If you absolutely need specific bed types, do not risk booking this hotel through a discount site—they will drop your reservation preference first.
