We were in our room only 9 hours total. It was clean, the air conditioning worked well, bed was comfortable. People above us were very heavy walkers apparently trying to get their 10,000 steps in loudly. This was not the fault if the hotel. Just an observation.

Finally I was ready to give this company another chance and booked just one night in Ann Arbor and wow, what a nice, clean place. Lots of parking. Felt safe and will book there again for our next dance event. Keep up the good work sonesta Ann Arbor! Hopefully other sonestas will do the same

Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing and very basic. The air conditioner was extremely loud and didn’t work particularly well, the TV was very old, and, most importantly, the bathtub was not properly cleaned. Overall, while we appreciated the convenient location, the condition and comfort of the room did not meet our expectations. Based on our experience, I don’t think we would choose to stay here again.

Devon at the front desk was great! He was very helpful when I called ahead of my arrival and when checking in. Clean space, great having a fridge and the washers and dryers were appreciated.

Clean quiet room in a good location. Access needs some paving work, but it's freshly remodeled inside and the room was very comfortable
