TV in the room was outdated. Need to invest in smart TVs to be competitive.
-
Stove top in room but no cooking utensils. No microwave cooking containers.
-
The room felt well used - the refrigerator was super-loud and the walls very thin.
-
Clean room with no carpet which was nice. Didn’t need the full size fridge and stove but nice to have.

Clean room. Comfortable bed. I stayed at another Sonesta in a different city and was disappointed in the cleanliness; but this was far better. I like the well lit hallways with no carpeting...just feels brighter, cleaner. Clean the coffee pot in the room better...or replace it more often, as inexpensive as they are. Put coffee in the lobby. (Maybe there was some there and I missed it?)

There is laundry. There is a small exercise room. It took several attempts before I could use the internet, but I eventually was able to.

The room was very clean and had adequate towels, etcetera for the six nights I was there. The front desk staff Devin was very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend it.

The room was fairly clean, and the bed was comfortable. The price was very reasonable, making it a great value for the money. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable stay. One of the best things about it is that there are plenty of restaurants nearby, so finding a great place for dinner is very convenient. Overall, I had a good experience and would stay here again. Thanks

This hotel was very clean and the room was great. The little kitchen had everything you need for a long term stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. the billing was weird. You had to pay in roughly 50% increments at completely random days and times.

Excellent

Good location, friendly staff and useful hotel facilities. I would suggest that potholes need to be fixed and housekeeping services should be provided more frequently. (Once per week?..)

Vending Machines - not working We found juice boxes of the previous guest in the sofa as well some personal items.
-
Crisp, clean and welcoming. The pillows were harder than I expected.

excellant, Great place to stay.

Awesome lazy boy like chair, great for watching tv. Included kitchen, roomy bath with plenty of towels. Price was better than expected on 1 day notice. If I must complain about something, the drive way does need potholes repaired. But that’s Michigan. Actually at MICHIGAN!

This property was terrible, it was so bad we just forfeited our money for the 3 day reservation and stayed at another hotel:(
-
The first time we went to our room, the keys didn’t work. The second time, the room was dirty. The hotel isn’t well kept/maintained.

At first the hotel and room looks clean, fresh paint, etc., then you start to notice the smell. My coffee pot had a ton of gunk and mold in it, the toilet made a very loud noise when flushed, there is a ton of (what I was told was rust) on the light in the bathroom, there is absolutely no water pressure in the bathroom sink, and there are no pots and pans to make it possible to use the two burner stove. The drawers slide back open no matter how many times you close them. When I went to the front desk for assistance there was never anyone there. I rang the phone like it said, but nobody came. The front desk also always smells like marijuana. I'm not sure if people get assistance to stay there, but there were always shady characters hanging around the property and parking lot. I did not feel safe.
