Breakfast needs much improvement and has few options.

Room was decently clean but in poor shape. Bed was comfortable. Refigerator leaked. Facility itself was not clean at all. Abandoned cars in the back. Pretty sure some homeless people may have been living in the parking lot. We booked a room with 2 beds and only got one, but was told that was an issue with Expedia. Our son had to sleep in a torn up chair. We got in late and only stayed one night so I guess it was worth the low price.

I’ve stayed at this place a couple times over the years and it has become more rundown each time. The carpets are old and even though I was in a non smoking room, there was an odor of old smoke. There was a missing cover for a ceiling lamp, and only 2 pillows were provided on the bed, one of which was missing a pillow case. The refrigerator had something spilled on the door that had not been cleaned up. Nothing was provided in the kitchenette. Not even a coffee maker. I won’t be back.

No air conditioning. Cigarette stains on sheets. No help from hotel staff. Never start again

The first room had a dirty bathroom with hair in the sink and tub. The desk clerk was very helpful in helping us find another room. We went through 4 more rooms since there were no more doubles available and found 2 suitable rooms. Even then the one had toothpaste in the sink and soap around the rim. The elevator was dirty and had a dirty rubber glove on the floor. They need to learn how to properly clean the bathrooms. There was no problem with the rest of the room. The staff was wonderful, but this property looks like the owner doesn't care. The breakfast had no real choices.

Hotel ran out of clean towels and pillows. Staff was friendly. Property was outdated with an odor and not very clean.

It was dirty and smelled awful. I had checked in early thank goodness as they were over booked and sent message to cancel reservation. Sheets were slept in and had not been changed

This site took advantage of us and others checking in late from a local event even after calling and making sure it was ok and time allowed to still claim our room. This left us in a bad situation and a very late hour.

Furniture was run down. Toilet made a loud screeching noise after being flushed. Walls in hallways and elevator were filthy and there was a cockroach on the wall.

Crumbs on the counter as we walked into our room, beds were not crisply made, hairs in the bed. I will never stay at an Extended Stay ever again. Property is very sketchy, but in a decent/nice area, so I figured it would be fine when I booked it.

If management took any responsibility, I would expect that they would reach out to us!

We called twice earlier in the day to make sure we could still check in at midnight after a concert. We were assured it was fine. When we arrived we were told they had no rooms left even though they could see our reservation. Very disappointed and will not book through Expedia or America extended stay hotels ever again.

Cleanliness was avg, both inside rooms and in common areas. Overall property looks aged. Kitchenette is functional. Breakfast is a sham, grab and go, with only muffins, bars and coffee. Overall, not a great experience

You get what you pay for. It was clean, but run down. There weren’t even hangers in the closet. Questionable characters hanging around as well.

This is an old dilapidated hotel. We were assigned to single room when I booked a double. We were given a rejected double room. Unacceptable from dirty windows, non-working wifi that needed attention from the staff, who were just slow to attend to the issue, broken furnitures, TV that needs fixing, shower knobs that is almost coming out of the wall, old AC unit that is noisy as it can get. Just terrible to be in. Requested a room transfer but the desk was firm on not giving into our request. Why is Expedia doing business with this hotel? I demand refund from Expedia!!

Was good staff was nice, hotel however was a little run down
