Cleanliness was avg, both inside rooms and in common areas. Overall property looks aged. Kitchenette is functional. Breakfast is a sham, grab and go, with only muffins, bars and coffee. Overall, not a great experience

You get what you pay for. It was clean, but run down. There weren’t even hangers in the closet. Questionable characters hanging around as well.

This is an old dilapidated hotel. We were assigned to single room when I booked a double. We were given a rejected double room. Unacceptable from dirty windows, non-working wifi that needed attention from the staff, who were just slow to attend to the issue, broken furnitures, TV that needs fixing, shower knobs that is almost coming out of the wall, old AC unit that is noisy as it can get. Just terrible to be in. Requested a room transfer but the desk was firm on not giving into our request. Why is Expedia doing business with this hotel? I demand refund from Expedia!!

Needs updates but a decent say overall. Great place to sleep, but only for that. Dates.

Room was spotless and comfortable Elevator and entry areas filthy
-
Place smelled like bleach when we got there. Refrigerator made a loud humming noise that came and go. When walking down the hallway, a pair of female underwear was laying in the corner against the wall. Don't recommend this place at all. The staff when checking in was nice, but after that, no go. Stay away

Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. From the elevator to the room, it was not clean. We walked into the room and it smelled horrible. We were going to leave, but thought we could handle it for one night. I wish we would have left. It was not worth it. There was tape on the floor going into the bathroom to hold the carpet down. The kitchen ceiling light cover was half off hanging down.

Not sure what was going on in this place but we will not be staying at another extended stay again. Staff was sleeping instead of working and not helpful at all. Needs help in many ways.

Was not a pleasant stay. Would have liked to stay else where.
-
Room was clean, staff was nice,no breakfast has coffee. Room we stayed in had a regular size frig. An 2 burners for a stove but not any cooking ware or plates or silver ware.
-
Room smelled bad and no toilet paper...

Needs to fix toilet in 225. Toilet was lose screw missing. Shower was not clean. Hair all over shower walls. Staff was respectful and courteous

Location. The beds aren’t comfortable at all. If you want any sleep be sure to bring your own blankets! You only get one as thick as the sheet that’s on it!

Reservation was quick, cheapest rate decent! Process was good! I will leave you with this! Starting with the front desk, very unprofessional, female staff leaving front desk VACANT to go bye and smoke during shift, not available for a period of time guests were waiting! Too may homeless, bums, drugs traffic, postitution of all kind at/around the front door on the primises. Need a major cleanup entire hotel, disgusting i had no choice at the time to stay here $$! You ask for truth!

First room, toilet was plugged and wouldn't flush. Second room smelled like someone had smoked in the room and the phone didn't work in the room Third the key wouldn't work and there was red tape on the lock Fourth room we were able to get into. The kitchen had no dishes in it. I understand after rereading another review you could ask for a kitchen kit. This wasn't mentioned at check in. The vinyl floor area was sticky. One chair has some kind of dirt on it. We covered it with a towel. There was an ice cube tray in the freezer with ice in it that was yellowish. Very unappealing. There weren't visible lines in the parking lot and there was a large pot in the middle of one of the exits. The property looked tired.

The window heater worked well. The 1irst floor room was quiet. There were some sparse breakfast items available (hot cereal choices), but since I was meeting people for meals, I didn’t partake. They did permit late 2 hour late checkout. If I was with any traveling companion, I would probably not stay there.
