I love the shuttle service and the staff. And I do enjoy and appreciate the fact that you have dogs, but the carpets could be cleaner and the elevators could be larger. A breakfast buffet would be nice instead of the options that are available. A little more user-friendly, but overall a super value!

Rooms kept very clean and comfortable. Staff excellent, extremely friendly and helpful. Food very good and good portions.

the location Formal Complaint and Refund Request – Booking No. 5300916995 To Whom It May Concern at Booking.com, I am writing to formally request a refund and appropriate compensation regarding my stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Annapolis under Booking No. 5300916995, from August 26 to August 28, 2026. Upon arrival, I discovered serious cleanliness and hygiene issues in my room, including approximately five spots on the carpet that appeared to be dog feces or residue, stained bed sheets, and six of eight pillows with a strong and unpleasant odor. These conditions significantly affected my sleep and comfort, and I also experienced itching during the night. The following morning, I reported these issues directly to the Director of Front Office, Ms. Alexis Roses, and personally showed her the conditions in the room. Since checking out, I have contacted Ms. Roses approximately three times regarding my refund. She informed me that Booking.com caused the delay. However, I have still not received my refund or any resolution regarding compensation. I respectfully request that Booking.com take prompt action to: Process a full refund for my stay. Consider reasonable compensation for the unacceptable conditions and inconvenience. Provide written confirmation of the status and expected timeframe for resolution. Location and bed breakfast and breakfast staff made us feel almost like we were a nuisance

Now for the negatives. The pool was closed on the day we checked in due to cleaning. The following day, the opening was delayed. When my group and I finally got the chance to use the pool, we noticed that it wasn't very clean. Around noon, we were asked to leave the pool because it was being closed for an hour for additional cleaning. Honestly, the pool should have been thoroughly cleaned before it opened to guests.

Nice place to stay for weekends

Room was clean but there was no soap at the bathroom sink, only shower gel in the shower. Air conditioner leaked and caused the carpet to be soaked 3 feet around it. Microwave was not in the room but there was one single one for the floor next to the ice machine. Other than those the beds were comfortable lobby beautiful and the staff super friendly and helpful. Free cookies were absolutely delicious and could get one whenever we wanted. Outdoor pool looked nice but I didn't use it. I was told this was a 4 star hotel. I would not call this a 4 star, I have stayed in 4 star hotels, I have stayed in 5 star hotels. This was an average comfortable hotel with my room needing some upgrading. The price was appropriate for the type of hotel.

Had a great stay. Check in was easy, room was clean, bed was comfortable and the cookies were great.

Shower was clogged water backing up while taking shower. Pool was supposed to be open till 9pm but life guard left early and pool was closed with gate locked by 8pm. Didn't get informed of that at check in.
