The rooms are dated but clean. Carpet in the hotel needs to be replaced or Cleaned. Convenient location!

Room was nice and clean Port of Call Restaurant buffet was excellent and very fair priced No doubt I’ll choose Double Tree when I visit in the fall

Party in our wing was noisy until 2 AM. A problem that should have been fixed by staff.

The room is clean. Spacious and quiet. Bed is comfortable. We will stay here again.

Would recommend but not anything that other area hotels don't provide or offer. We've used a few in that part of town as well as AB&Bs in Annapolis.

Great spot to stay! Had the pleasure of checking in with Trendy- an amazingly refreshing soul that is passionate both about his job and customer satisfaction. I felt very welcomed and informed upon arrival- and he was key in making that happen. The property is worth more than what you pay. Spacious rooms, comfy beds, warm water, and close to a mall, bowling alley, and more shopping centers. It offers an on property bar/restaurant, large/deep life-guarded pool, a well stocked gift shop with alcoholic beverages, toiletries, food and snacks. My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay there more than what we did when we stayed in D.C. at AC by Marriot the nights before. Free parking too! Strongly recommend if you’re on a budget but still want an enjoyable stay.

The room is as very musty smelling. The beds were way too soft. The ice makers didn’t work (one worked on one floor). When I asked to stay an extra night their price was even higher than expedias price. Just not impressed.

Nice hotel with proximity to many restaurants and shopping. We were there for a quick stay and did not utilize the hotel’s amenities. We did not encounter any issues during our stay. Of note: the front desk staff made sure we got our famous DoubleTree Cookies (yummy) and the A/C in the room worked great!
