Room was very dusty and loud since our room was facing the highway. Pool was nice but just be aware if kids are under 14, parent has to be in the pool with them and the lifeguard isn’t attentive at all.

Hotel very clean but staff not friendly. I was overcharged for my staying. I was handed a receipt at check out. I just saw the overcharges on my account.

Unfortunately, the hotel is nothing like a Doubletree (except for the cookies). It has been woefully neglected, obviously for a long time. Upon entering the lobby at check-in, the smell of mildew/dampness was pervasive. It was even worse in the conference room areas. The carpeting is very much in need of cleaning, especially in the conference room areas. The wallpaper seams in the guest rooms and other areas have opened up, most likely from dampness. The up and down arrows on elevators in the conference area do not work. One elevator always reads "8" inside no matter what floor you are stopping at. There's so much more that is wrong but I didn't take notes or photos and I'm writing this three days after check-out. The exterior is very nice looking and belies what the condition is inside. It's very sad that this "Doubletree" has been allowed to fall into this state. Hilton seriously needs to get involved in this property.

Room was clean. Staff were friendly. The area shuttle was a wonderful amenity to have access to with friendly drivers! The no my opportunity to note is the air conditioning was inconsistent getting very cold then cycling off to very warm making it hard to sleep comfortably during a summer stay.

This was one of the few Annapolis hotels that had a free shuttle and a swimming pool. The shuttle was a must, as I cannot drive after dark. The shuttle enabled me to attend the ghost tour downtown. I was happy to see a lifeguard at the pool. The hotel was clean, nicely decorated, & quiet. Nearby hotels that cost the same did not offer the same amenities.

The staff was helpful and nice. Really appreciate the shuttle service on the property. The hotel is ok , smells a little musty and humid.

The fitness room had many missing dumbbells. Limited amount of water bottles.

It was a great stay but I was charged for something and never explained. Have no idea what it was. Never asked for any extras or purchased anything from the front desk yet paid an extra 40$ smh check your receipts!
