Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was great. Parking was a little awkward for trucks. Fine for cars though.

The first Hotel I have stayed at were you are charged $10 a day to park while paying to stay there. Not for me.

Sloppy updates and paint job. Loose handles on bathroom sink. Sink would not drain properly. Poor renovation. Upon arrival around 5pm on a Monday, the front desk staff was very attentive and professional. No issues. We then grabbed a cart to help with luggage and they were all dirty. Just unkempt. We open the door to our room and there was a very musty feel and smell. Very strong odor of urine. Maybe animal? Very strong and gross. We went to the pool and it was decent, but the rail used to assist with the stairs was completely unhinged! Extreme safety violation! My children and I were on an East Coast roadtrip, so I decided to leave around 3am the next morning. I pack the car up and go to get coffee only to over hear a completely violent and aggressive conversation that of the front desk employee. She was in the restroom area CUSSING and BANGING on the wall! She was on the phone so thankfully no one was physically at the end of her wrath. It was extremely loud and I felt unsafe! I knew it was her because she stormed out of the area and went towards the office behind the front desk. She saw me but did not apologize for her extreme behavior or anything! I then went to the car to grab my water bottle to fill with ice and returned inside as fast as I could to just get it done and she was BACK in the restroom area, AGAIN, with the screaming! Will never stay at this hotel again!

The room and bathroom was not maintained. Missing patches of paint, tile falling of, expose screws etc.

Room was clean. We were surprised they now change for self parking.

The hotel is tired. Needs to be remodeled, especially the interior hallways, rooms, etc. Wallpaper is starting to peel off in many areas, the room has an odor to it, the furniture is starting to fail such as the hinges on cabinets are loose, the heater makes noise while operating, the toilet keeps running and we need to jiggle the flusher a bit so that the flapper seals the opening in the tank, just overall the hotel needs to be taken a look at and many things need to be renewed. the breakfast is always great, and this time in particular the lady that takes care of everything during the weekdays does such a great job. You can tell she really cares about how the food is prepared and presented. She is just great! During the weekend you can tell its not as good. So its definetely the lady that handles breakfast during the weekdays.

The bathroom door locked when closed in the middle of the night. Tried to call the desk, but the telephone didn’t work. Had to walk down to the office to get the night clerk to come to our room with a special key to unlock the door. Phone never did work.

Great place to stay. Just had trouble with the Air Conditioning in the hall ways for the 1st two days of our stay.

They charge you to park. It is ridiculous to pay to stay and then get charged for parking.

The location, paying for parking was odd !

Absolutely terrible stay in Annapolis. We arrived at 10pm. From the start is was awful- our room door was left open (which was unsettling), the room smelled of dogs and musty mold. Room was worn with patched holes in walls. We stop at Hampton Inns up and down the east coast and never experienced this level of disservice. Deeply disappointed.

It’s obvious there is no rule as to the number and size of dogs allowed to this property. We saw a few examples where owners had 3 animals, and they were rather large, there was one owner that brought in 2 enormous animals. There was dog hair in numerous places on the property especially in The elevator. Our room smelled musty, especially the large lounge chair. Couldn’t sit in it because of the odor. This location is not Hampton Inn grade. We stay in numerous Hampton Inns across the country and this one doesn’t make the grade. But, it was quiet, and the room was relatively clean and in good shape, but the wallpaper in the bathroom is on the edge of being acceptable. Location I great, lots of good restaurants, one can take walks in a park like setting. The breakfast was very good, the lady that takes care of if during the weekdays is excellent, you can really tell that she cares about the quality, she takes her job seriously, and works hard to not only make it right but great! She needs to commended and rewarded for this, our appreciation and thanks to her in making our breakfast each morning enjoyable. On weekends one can tell she wasn’t on the job, the experience wasn’t that great.

It is an older hotel with some renovations done to it. All of the staff were helpful and friendly but the guy who checked us in was wearing an undershirt and gym shorts, no name tag, a little odd but he was nice. The place was clean, comfortable beds, renovated bathroom but carpet and curtains were older. Price was great compared to other places. We had a nice two night stay to visit family in the area.

The breakfast bar in the morning was good It ended up not being close to anything but a business park. Our room had an odd odor

Clean, breakfast was great
-
Staff was very helpful.
-
The first rooms was dirty but then they provide a cleaner room. Also you can see that they have poor maintenece in the lobby, rooms and surrounding.
-
My main issue was fire alarm went off two times during our stay. Once was reportedly due to staff having an issue in kitchen getting breakfast ready and other time was reportedly due to someone smoking in a bathroom.

Clean Breakfast. Needs more hot options

We travel several times a year, we always stay at this hotel. It is very, service is excellent, breakfast has a great option. There is parking on both sides of the building, so you don't have to walk far. The only problem we had, was there was only 1 fork, spoon, bowl in the kitchen.
