Courtyard by Marriott Annapolis

Very little The fire alarm went off at 5 am. There was no fire. Fire department cleared re-entry but no one knew how to turn off the alarm. It went on for over an hour. Had to try to sleep in my car.

The properties reservation system does not properly connect to expedia so it took three hours to check in because expedia no longer offers human help on reservations. All we needed was expedia to send over the reservation but no human could be contacted at expedia. After going out to eat then returning to discover Expedia had not sent over the reservation, the manager was kind enough to check me. After that is when things went down hill. First I discovered the cable would periodically go blank for extended periods. So After a couple attempts to watch TV I went to bed. My first wake up occurred around 12:30 when I could hear banging on my door. It woke me up and when I looked out the door I discovered two people doing the do in the hallway. Doesn't the hotel have hallway cameras to monitor what is happening out there. After a bit they finished and I went back to sleep. The next wake up occurred at 4:45 am, when the fire alarm started blaring for the next hour due to a water leak. Apparently the issues could not be resolved because there were periodic burst of alarm throughout the morning. Sleep was impossible. Overall probably my worst stay at a Marriott.

I thought breakfast was included but apparently not . There was not even complimentary coffee

Rooms aren’t upgraded, just the facade of the building. It smells like mildew in the room. The air-conditioning is too loud. Looks like unit from the 1990s. It’s a shame that this hotel is charging 400 08 dollars donate for such a pool quality of sleeping. Please refound half of the expanse since the experience wasn’t good at all.

Room was clean and staff were helpful. The breakfast was a bit disappointing. The pool was nice. The jacuzzi was underwhelming.

Nice location to get to the Maryland REN Faire, Annapolis and multiple restaurants and shopping opportunities

The property was beautiful and clean. There were jets in the hot tub but they did not work. The water was warm but NOT hot.

We were in town for a USNA reunion, and the lobby café was surprisingly useful. Rendezvouses with classmates. Late evening bulk sessions. Decent coffee and snacks. Walking distance to stadium park n ride.

The room was damp and musty smelling. There were ants everywhere. Everything from the sheets to towels felt damp. Stayed four nights and room wasn’t serviced. Had to ask for fresh towels. Will not return.

The front desk clerk was horrible. She was not professional at all.

We loved the quality & size of our room, the front desk folks were repeatedly helpful and very friendly and courteous. Fabulous swimming pool and hot tub area - plenty of room and the attached bathrooms with shower stalls were clean and quite useful! Wish the room had a microwave but there’s one up by the front desk so that was not a major issue. Great location with easy access to Paris Baguette, CVS Pharmacy, and the bus system is a short walk away!

We stayed two nights at this property. Since no room attention was provided after the first night, we had no coffee or cups in the room on the second morning, no soap for the sink, no clean towels, and the waste baskets were all full. Since clients don't receive a discount for the second night, it seems inappropriate that no services are provided for the room.
