Nice and very clean hotel in an area convenient to downtown Annapolis (maybe 7 minutes away via car). Excellent amenities - indoor pool and hot tub and nice gym. Comfortable bed. Ample parking. Very pleasant staff. We will definitely stay there again.

Clean rooms hot tub no jets but clean staff was helpful and friendly

The staff was inconsistent. The first night not helpful, the second night we stayed, extremely helpful. We were surprised that there was a 10$/night parking fee.

I don’t really have anything except just know when breakfast time is so you can plan ahead.

The room was clean and comfortable The extra fees and rude staff, the walls were very thin. I could hear people next door who were banging on the walls and screaming. I had to. call the front desk several times. I did not get much sleep. There was a $100 fee for dogs plus an additional $20 each night. There was also a $10 per night fee for parking. I decided to leave early due to the noise and excess fees. I was charged extra for each night PLUS I was charged for an additional night

well done.

Nothing wrong with the Courtyard, but not up to the standards of the Marriott name. I used to stay at Marriotts all the time but have generally moved to a different brand. I'm not used to Marriotts with clanky elevators with tape holding the paneling up. Just seems like an older property that has seen better days.

I was just there one night. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Everything worked as expected. The breakfast at the bistro was great

Unfortunately they charged $10 a day for parking for a suburban parking lot that was not full. I could understand in a city garage or a very populated area, but that was not the case at this hotel. Additionally, my bathroom was not well cleaned. The swimming pool is used for physical therapy by an outside company, so the pool was crowded and not relaxing.

Pretty standard marriott stay. Clean, quiet, helpful, pricy.

The room was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable — both the mattress and pillows made for a great night’s sleep. Breakfast at the Bistro was delicious, and the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and welcoming. I also enjoyed the pool area, which was clean and pleasant. That said, there were some issues that took away from the experience. I cut my finger on a broken elevator button, which definitely needs repair. The whirlpool jets were not working, so it functioned more like a hot tub than an actual whirlpool. More concerning, several of the side exit doors appeared to be broken: guests could enter from the outside, but could not exit from the inside. This was inconvenient, but more importantly, it seems like a potential fire code and safety issue. With some attention to maintenance and safety, this could be a much better stay. The staff, cleanliness, comfortable room, breakfast, and pool area were all highlights, but the hotel should prioritize fixing the broken doors, elevator button, and whirlpool jets.
