Great location for all things Annapolis related!

Beautiful room! Derek was amazing

Didn't have breakfast. There wasn't a coffee pot in our room and the coffee in the lobby was too weak.
-
Awesome, I love staying here

NA Room should have been cleaner, some food on floor. Soap container empty. Had to pay for surface parking. Noise in hall, but addressed by front desk staff when notified.

This 30 year old hotel recently had a major renovation and it looks like a brand new facility. It is squeaky clean, well-appointed, comfortable and spacious. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good, too. The only negative is the $8 charge to park in the hotel parking lot. Really? Feels like a mo way grab. Many thanks for a pleasant stay: we will definitely be back.

I was exceptionally pleased with the kindness and personal help I received from the tall, slender women that checked us in at the front desk.I don't remember her name ,but she was African American. We arrived a little early and we were planning for my son to change in the hotel restroom for the event we were attending, and she checked on our room and found out it was ready and allowed us to go to our room instead! the next day when my key wasn't working, she personally let me in the pool area & explained how the keys can get deactivated, she was very knowledgeable !

AC issues -difficult to cool Room right by pool is loud when there are swimmers at night Staff was super nice

Derek, the front desk associate is the friendliest nicest guy ever. The Morning staff is the rudest ever.
-
Would be nice to know at booking that you have to pay for parking and breakfast is offered for an additional price
-
Morning staff really rude. Night staff was great

Location is perfect. In bistro is right across the street and there is great food just down the road. Close to the highway for easy access, and downtown Annapolis is within a close driving distance as well. They helped with a pack and play for the baby, and the staff was friendly. Only downside is $8 a day for parking. Didn't feel like that was warranted in that location, but it's not terrible. Everything was fine from what we experienced.

Clean rooms, attentive staff, nice pool & gym. Way Over Priced Breakfast that should be complimentary like every other hotel because it was a Continental Breakfast Buffet!!!!
-
Clean room, paying for parking was not an added expense.

The hotel was very clean and All of the staff was on top of the game!!! The one thing I was very disappointed about and Most Definitely disliked was that they charge $14.00 plus tip for a Standard Continental Breakfast which was Crazy to me , they also offered a Menu with Way overpriced breakfast options between $9.00-&14.00. My daughter wanted a Belgian waffle which I got her with 2 small pieces of bacon which was $10.00 plus tip!!!! The $14.00 breakfast is Exactly what most Every hotel offers their guests at no charge and complimentary!!! You can so better Hilton when the rooms were $225.00 per night.
