However, they advertise dinner service at their restaurant for all days of the week. I went there for a much needed and deserved weekend getaway so I was looking forward to dinner service. I got all dressed up, came down excited to order, sit and enjoy…and was told dinner doesn’t run on weekends now due to issues with customers. Ummm, don’t you think you should advertise that?! No signs, staff didn’t tell me at check in, nothing! Unacceptable. Next thing-I was so excited to use the hot tub by the pool. I got my bathing suit on, went outside and see that it’s roped off with caution tape (it was closed). I was so pissed. Again, didn’t they think to advertise it was out of order?? Staff didn’t tell me about it either. Dinner and the hot tub were the main reasons I chose this hotel. Extremely disappointing. Other than those things it’s a really nice place and i enjoyed my time there.

We are from Philly. We came down with the dog to see 7 houses in 1 day. They would not let us check in until after 3pm which made us have to take our dog and our luggage with us to see the houses. Ridiculous!!! They could have been nicer and found a way, but front desk just dismissed us immediately. I will be at the Marriott next time.

Clean Loud conversation in parking lot right outside my window from 12:40 to 3:30…. It went from loud talking, to loud laughing, to loud fussing, As though a party was going on

The front desk staff member was so friendly and helpful. Gave us great dinner recommendations. I would definitely stay here again. Lobby looked and smelled brand new. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

we did not stay in the hotel much and did not use the extra amenities, but the rooms were clean. The staff helpful and friendly. The weekday made-to-order breakfast was great and the weekend buffet was mire than adequate. Both were reasonably priced.

The front desk gentleman was amazing! The restaurant I did not see options for. The bar was less of a bar and more "we have some liquor to choose from' but nothing fancy or extensive

Was very disappointed in the am breakfast service. They staffed 1 person who was absolutely wonderful and prepared the food perfectly, however, it was very busy with multiple 4-6 top tables and too busy for 1 person to take order, cook, serve, bus, and cash out. What was totally appalling was to see two staff members around the front desk standing, one on the phone, and not helping. When we went to them to take our order, they knew nothing about the breakfast menu and seemed bothered that we would even ask. They entered my order incorrectly and items were missing. They even walked by a spill, that had a sign in it, didn’t help clean it up, didn’t help buss the tables. I hope the server looks for other employment because she surely is not respected. Will not stay again!
