Good location and well priced The shower had zero water pressure…it was the lowest amount of water pressure I’ve ever encountered in a hotel.

I requested in the comment section on here: please keep us a little away from noise, that we have an 8 month old baby. As well as at the front desk when we checked in. They put a group of young girls directly across the hall from us who threw a hotel party til 2:00am with some girl dropping & passing out at our door from being so drunk. They were screaming on speaker phone at 12am in the hallway (multiple people) & when the fire alarms went off at 10:45am the next morning with no communication from staff what it was or that it was ok to go back in your room another family with a baby across the hall from us directly next door to the partiers came out. I called the front desk of our hotel that night, she transferred me to another sonesta without a room 149 only for me to call back the first number & them to say they’d give the room a call. Nothing changed. No one cared that there were two babies in 2 different rooms sleeping next to these partiers. The staff was completely rude. Our curtains looked like they had caught on fire before & never replaced as well. The dishwasher hadn’t been cleaned, there was soap all down the front of it. The bathtub looked like a hepatitis outbreak. I will not be staying here again & will be posting on social media how disgusting the place & staff is who works there. We ended up leaving for home early from being overwhelmed from the night before with the partiers then the alarms going off & not seeing friends/family which is the whole reason we came down. The pictures on your website are very deceiving.

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The room’s door was not working properly. There was a strong stench by the breakfast area. The lobby smelled like we were close to the dumpsters.

When we checked in,the front desk person was not too helpful. He seemed to be put out bc we are biracial couple .He was quick to get me sign up for rewards program to avoid parking fees . The check in with front desk agent who when he realized biracial couple seemed to have an attitude . Quick to push rewards to save on parking .

We turned them into the front desk that stated they would be taken care of. We had parking charge on out final bill.

The linens doesn't smell good

I tried to cancel my stay but no one emailed me back
-
I didn’t like paying $9 per day for parking
-
Everything was great
-
The people in the room next door had the tv loud until 3 am.
-
Breakfast was great and rooms clean and worth extra $25 versus others in area

Once I mentioned to the front desk, they got maintenance on it and reported it to corporate. Needs some updates. Could not use the gym or pool area Gym smelled bad not cleaned though lots of housekeeping around and the pool water was and hot tub were merky. It was also insane that they were charging for unsecured parking that used to be free.

It was a nice place to stay and relax while visiting family in the area. I will stay there again.

We weren’t informed the hotel only provides room cleaning and fresh towels every other day. After asking a few times they did deliver fresh towels but were pretty stingy with the number allowed. Fitted sheet was long past its useful life and wouldn’t stay put. Air conditioner was noisy and thermostat setting seemed irrelevant. Vanity needs repairs to faucet and light. When attempting to iron a white dress shirt the iron left black honeycomb shaped marks on the shirt (iron was on medium setting). After investigating the ironing board had no cushion between the black cover and the metal board. Prior visits to other Springhill properties have been fine. For this visit we paid over $300/night plus addl parking fees. It was disappointing to have paid that much for sub-par quality.

Staff were friendly The palace felt homey Room cleaning was every other day rather than daily

Very nice large rooms. And clean. We didn't have wifi for our room, but we didn't stay long enough for it to matter much. Bed were comfortable. I fell asleep soon after I checked in. My stay ended on a sour note. At check-in, the front desk clerk did not tell me about the cost of parking. Since I have never had to pay for parking when being a hotel guest, I felt scammed. When I went to the morning front desk clerk, Samantha, she was rude to me about it. I was already cranky from being hungry due to needing to prep for a procedure i was headed to, but that was uncalled for. On my way to the car, I noticed a lot of cars had parking tickets. From now, i will try to stay away from hotels that charge for parking. This isn't DC, or NYC or LA. There is absolutely zero need to charge for parking at this particular hotel as it is no where near downtown Annapolis (its quite a hike), and there aren't any must see attractions there other than the mall. And even the mall is quite a hike. You clearly have an issue regarding parking. And it made me, as a guest, feel scammed.
