Very clean, staff was polite and helpful, room was well appointed, location was great. Paying for parking! Are you kidding? Was noisy. We could hear the people in the room next to ours very clearly.

At check in Danielle was very helpful and so friendly. I watched her work with other guests ahead of me. She is professional and very knowledgeable about the be property and its amenities. She made my stay very pleasurable!! I’ll definitely look for SpringHill Suites at my next stay!

for a suite, it would be much better to have a few more towel hangers in the bathroom. It helps towel reuses.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! Would definitely recommend your next stay. Breakfast was really good. It was constantly being restocked. Coffee and tea was always available. Rooms were very spacious.

Very, very clean! Love the separate toilet/shower and sink. Bed comfy and pillows too! We were extremely satisfied and will be returning!

The biggest problem was at check-in. Check-in went fine but then I found out I had to pay for parking. I had not been notified by Expedia or by the hotel that parking was extra. It became quite confusing. I had to scan a QR code and download an app and it wanted so much information. Then it wanted driver's license numbers and it wanted tag numbers and ID numbers it took over a half hour to get the information inputted. The two women at the counter had been helpful with check-in but they were not helpful with this and they made it seem like it was my fault that it was difficult to pay for the parking. In addition to this, we had two cars and every time we tried to enter information for a second car it wouldn't take it. Finally the front desk wrote down the tag number of our second car and said they would notify the security that that car was okay to stay in the parking lot. It was pretty much absurd. However breakfast that was provided was absolutely wonderful. An excellent array of choices and everything was quite tasty. We really loved it.

We spent a week here and had a great stay. The kids really enjoyed the pool, and the location was ideal, with easy access to both D.C. and the ocean. Everything was great!

The property, including the room, was clean. The staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was okay (continental) and staff will accommodate if needed for dietary restrictions. The dining area is small but does have tables with seats/high chairs to sit. There are two computers, a laundry room, ice room, and an exercise room. Based on a window peep, there is a disabled accessible pool/jaccuzi, but it was closed for maintenance during our stay and reopened on our check-out day so we didn't get to use it. One of the issues we experienced was getting a parking citation everyday even though we paid at check-in. The desk clerk assured we wouldn't be towed and the company would be notified by email regarding the error, but it still was frustrating. Parking is $9.50/day via third party scan code or text to pay through a website. The second issue was our microwave did not work properly but we used the common one downstairs. The final issue was our mini-fridge was loud if not closed a certain way yet, it did work to keep our items cold. The location is quiet and felt safe. You have to use your key card to enter the lobby after 12am. Overall, we would choose to book this hotel again if available in the future.

Hotel is absolutely beautiful! The room is spot on, very clean and very spacious. All essentials are in the room. My kids loved the indoor pool. We will stay again when we go to Annapolis again. Great value and exceeded our expectations. NONE
