Everything was great except the pool and hot tub closed. In the summer !!!

We had a great time at this hotel. Room was clean and cozy we spent time in the pool which did look bigger in the pictures but we still had fun. I would definitely stay again.

Room was clean but a few things were broken. Toilet paper holder broken, cabinet door for the cupboard of the refrigerator broken. Called for maintenance and they came right away. Pool area VERY small hot tub broken. No one used the pool area..looked dirty. Workout room ok, treadmill worked as expected. Food store area stocked with drinks, snacks. Hot coffee/chocolate and frozen meals, ice cream. $3 and up. Restaurant has designated/limited hours, we weren’t around when they were open but menu options looked like variety. Limited parking especially if there are events booked. 3 out of the 4 nights we were there 2 events happening at a time. NO parking. Overflow lot in bank parking in front of hotel but is distance from hotel if you have abilities or hauling luggage. Keurig in room but only 2 kcups. Have to pay for coffee in lobby store. Great location for mall and AMC theater also several eating places in mall and around hotel with one next door. Can walk to all but have to cross 4 lanes of traffic which was not difficult at cross walk.

I do not like that the hotel charges more for an allergen treated room. Shouldn't all rooms be allergy free? The restaurant needs more help and posted hours. One person running breakfast was not enough. And they added a 20% tip to the bill for two people. Luckily we read the bill before leaving another tip. When I arrived for dinner they looked closed so I went out. Maybe add some discount coupons to bring guests to the restaurant?

This was an amazing stay! My room got serviced daily while I was out exploring and they kept everything nice and clean! The breakfast add on was so worth it so if you have the option to definitely add it! I had an amazing time and can’t wait to stay again!

The room was nice, everyone was friendly and helpful. The room does need some papertowels, i dont like using the towels on hand. But other than that the room was great.

Only ice machine in the facility no free coffee not a good selectionof coffee in the rooms. No microwave in roomsprices for snacks way too high in order to eat breakfast you had to pay for it. It should be with the room elevators way to slow on the good side very clean and had a restful night day. Overall rating is about a five out of 10.

Abundant food choices..Clean, cosy room. Beautiful decor. Helpful staff. Located where we needed to be.

The beds in our room were dirty upon arrival, it took a call and a visit to the front desk and over 40 minutes to get the bedding changed, and initially when housekeeping came they only brought clean sheets for the beds despite me sending them pictures that showed that the sheets and comforters were not clean. There was hair and black stuff we couldn't identify on them. It was almost midnight before we could finally shower and get in bed because we didn't arrive to check in until after 10pm. Then we only had 3 towels and 2 wash clothes in our room even though the reservation was for 2 adults and 2 children. When I asked about getting the towels and washcloths I was advised that housekeeping was gone for the day and I would have to go down to the front desk to pick them up myself. The lobby and exterior of the hotel was nice, but our room was not clean and the service sucked. I won't be returning here.
