Well kept but I was not provided wifi access

We booked this hotel for the pool. The pool water was dirty and the hot tub was out of order surrounded by yellow tape and covered with black plastic bags. Not a good experience. We checked in and checked out the same day.

This hotel was full for our 4 night stay, but the staff was on top of everything. Excellent housekeeping services, great location for purposes of our trip. Good food close by.

Never stayed at a Crowne Plaza before, I was thoroughly impressed!

It wasn’t the property or the room.. It was the unfriendly staff members. Not a single smile from the second we walked in… the front desk act as if we were bothering them.. never again

Overall the hotel and my room was awesome. I was on the side of the highway. A little noisy but it was tolerable

room was fine person who checke me in didn't seem to care - kept looking elswhere. Didn't tell me about wifi haven't received my receipt yet - probably took down wrong email since he wasn't paying attention Very noisy - traffic plus the air conditioner or something was pounding all night

I called the hotel before I made the reservation and asked them if the pool is open and they said yes, but it was partly under construction and dirty and useless
