I loved the staff; they were very accommodating to me and my children. Everyone was supportive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the pool was definitely the highlight of our trip! Our room was clean, spacious, and gave us plenty of room to be comfortable. They even had complimentary cookies, which were delicious and such a nice touch. We really enjoyed our stay! Na

Staff and room were excellent. General areas are a bit worn but still nice. Potential is there to be 10 out if 10

I wish breakfast would have included yogurt and a better variety of cereals. Cookies at front desk were delicious and appreciated.

What I like about the property is that it’s clean and convenient to the Annapolis Mall. Also the staff is tremendously incredible, polite and very helpful.

And I do have to say wholeheartedly that this was one of my most comfortable stays anywhere in a very long time. The staff made the check-in process easy, and they were really sweet and patient. This was my first time staying somewhere by myself, so I was pretty nervous, but they assured me that their hotel was safe and they had around the clock staff there at all times, not just for our convenience, but for our protection. The only thing I can say that kind of sucked, was my TV in my living room area of my suite was not connected to any cable. But I ended up buying myself an HDMI cord, and I already had my work laptop with me. And because the Wi-Fi was strong and free, I was able to watch and stream some of my favorite movies and shows once I attached the HDMI cord. The Jacuzzi was super comfortable and I started my day right there. Luckily for me, it was very peaceful so there were a few times where I fell asleep in it I regret nothing lol All in all, this was an amazing experience and I cannot wait to come back. Whether it is for work again or for Pleasure, I definitely will return and definitely would recommend this property to anyone.♥️

The location was surprisingly great for running, with trail paths very nearby. Breakfast was diverse, but the quality of the options ranged from average to poor.

Free parking was much appreciated, breakfast was good

friendly and polite staff. hotel was clean and quiet. parking was adequate. the one negative is that about half of the outlets in the room didn't actually work, so had to mess around finding which ones would charge devices.

It’s a great, safe location easily accessible to downtown and surrounding areas. The staff have been friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. It’s a great price point for a well-cared for facility. My only negative comment is that the water pressure is very weak in the shower

The air conditioning wasn't working...it completely died the 3rd night. The first 2 nights at least the loud fan was working enough to keep the air circulating. They did offer for us to change rooms on the 3rd night but we had had enough and just wanted to leave. We are in our 70s and my husband is physically limited and has AFIB and the move was just to much for me to deal with after 3 nights of limited sleep. When we checked out they couldn't or wouldn't give us a receipt because their printer was broken. Asked to speak to a manager and was told there wasn't one there and they would be in on Monday morning. Didn't even offer to call the manager. When we called them on Monday we were told she was in the bathroom. I asked to hold. After 4 minutes the front desk came back on and apologized and said she wasn't back yet. Told she would call us back. Waited 25 minutes and called again. Again not available. I called Radisson corp customer service. When they found my reservation it showed we were still in the room....we hadn't been checked out. In addition there were other issues. Cigarette butts (toxic for dogs) in the pet area. Pet area wasn't fenced in. There was poison ivy around some of the trees in the designated area. It wasn't right on the edge where we walked but where a curious dog (mine) might walk back into the brush and rub into it. More than once

We thoroughly enjoyed both the breakfast and breakfast area. The hotel was kept in very nice & clean order. The personnel were, for the most part, helpful.
