The jacuzzi tub didn't work so it was basically a soaking tub. We Still enjoyed it but I have seen . Other reviewers say the same thing. So

The man that checked us in was not a nice person and not helpful!! He needs some training in how to talk to customers!!

On the down side, the foyer of the hotel wasn't very clean when we visited. Perhaps someone had just been in with dirty shoes on but the carpet seemed a bit grubby. Breakfast was very basic. So fine for a stopover but don't expect anything fancy.

Our only complaint was noise. The building seemed to rattle and roll at the slightest provocation: the AC fan was very noisy, we could hear showers from other rooms, and even the breakfast room floor shook as folks walked across it or machinery turned on and off.

We have been staying there for years, whenever we visit family in the area. Generally it has been good however we believe it is beginning to show its age and could use updating in many areas.

The only problem I had was the bed was too firm. Felt like I was sleeping on a rock.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked through the door. We loved the little extras like the coffee station and cookies at the front desk. The pool and hot tub were also very clean and well-maintained. Although we only stayed one night, we were very impressed and would definitely stay here again if we're back in the area.

It was basically clean, quiet, and comfortable. The carpeting is in serious need of replacing. The breakfast was really lacking with a poor choice of Chex only cereals, lack of juice choices, poor fruit choices, and a defective waffle mix dispenser. I didn't expect much, and I wasn't disappointed in that respect. The rate was high, but not unexpected for Annapolis. Please see above.

Location was very good. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was minimal compared to other hotels with buffet breakfast. Gym was very small and super hot. Bottom floor was humid due to pool area.
