Very good

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff was actually very friendly. There was a mishap with the elevator and it was down. The hotel is being maintained but it is dated and a bit shabby. There were stains on the carpets and on the bathroom fixtures. I know the pricing is because of the location but it’s not actually worth it.

Great stay for the price. All of the staff was courteous and helpful. Parking was easy and two restaurants within walking distance and many more close.

Staff very helpful and quick to change my room when the first one assigned had a smoke smell.

It was fine for our need. Bed was comfortable and didn’t smell like a dog had been in the room. The carpet had some spots at the entry and things were compact in size but it met all of our needs. The refrigerator had a freezer section which was great to regress ice packs for insulin bag. The bathroom was tiny but worked. (Close the toilet lid so things don’t fall from the narrow counter behind) The thing we missed was a bath floor mat so not to slip. I put a small towel down but not the best option. The light for the bathroom is at the entry alongside of the entry light which put me using my cell phone light so not to wake the sleeping roommate with a bright light. Like I said. It worked for us, but there are sacrifices for a longer stay.

The carpet in the room was dirty. There was a real bad odor coming from the sink drain In the bathroom. We reported it on our first night there and no one ever came. The air conditioner did not work but it was completely replaced by one of the one of the maintenance personnel at the hotel. He did a great job and it was really appreciated. Also, the safe in the room was not set and was not able to be used.

Breakfast was good compared by the price If you gonna stay more than one night the TV didn't work ask the receptionist first and dont trash in the bathroom when you pop the towel

Clean, convenient, friendly staff, tasty breakfast. No pool and no plain oatmeal at breakfast. Smaller room than other locations we've stayed at in this chain

Very thin walls, mold in bathroom, staff were nice but would not stay again unfortunately.

Every member of the staff made me feel welcome. They offered assistance, just because. I offered a tip to one employee who went out of her way to help me. She smiled and said "Oh no, I'm not helping you for a tip, I just like helping". My stay covered 4 nights. Consistantly felt welcome. Room very clean. Food selections met my dietary needs. All very good.

Missed breakfast and the parking was safe.

Friendly staff, spacious and clean room, perfect spot close to our Annapolis excursion. Would definitely recommend and stay again

The lighting in the bathroom. I felt gross staying there.

Very convenient to all areas I needed to be. Joe at the front desk was wonderful!
