Everything is excellent. The only thing I had a problem with was Internet service. The quality of the Internet service was poor .

The staff was so welcoming and friendly. So helpful. Valet parking very efficient. Rooms, lovely, beds extremely comfortable. The only thing was the breakfast was no so great. I got the American Breakfast. Eggs cooked wrong and the ham was like shoe leather. I couldn’t even cut it with a knife. They brought me sausage as a substitute and that was worse. Bread was cheap. Location great!

Everything was excellent, beautiful property, super clean, spacious rooms, nice and knowledgeable staff, convenient for walking to the town of Annapolis.

The front desk attendants seemed to be unhappy, though I did have one attendant in particular who was very helpful. The hotel rooms themselves were not as nice as most Westins. They were akin to a Hampton Inn which- for the price per night- seems rather absurd. The valet staff were great and timely as well. Overall a good stay and the location is nice. For the price though, I’d prefer to stay by the water next time.

Staff were nice. Generally hotel in good condition. The air conditioner made a whumping noise every 30 minutes. Annoying. Valet parking expensive but difficult to park independently.

Great location. Shower was challenging. Water was everywhere. We had to use the bath towels to clean up the water.
