Housekeeping was sadly lacking. We stayed 5 nights. On the 3rd day we had to ask for towels and trash removal since household had not been there since check in. They came with towels and emptied trash, that’s all. Never had clean towels after that. Our, bathroom was never cleaned, no new beverage glasses provided at all. Bed never made entire stay. Informed front desk at check out. Clerk was nice and apologized.

They did not have luggage racks in the room or shower caps or body lotion. We would definitely stay heresgain.

The parking at the facility was an issue. We checked in later in the evening and there were basically no spots available. My wife, who had to drive a second car because of a separate commitment on Sunday, did find the only available spot. I had to circle the lot for at least 20 minutes until a spot became available. On check in, we were not told about the pay for parking app that needed to be used. On top of that, it was dark and we did not see the signs posted about paying for parking. The next morning, I went out to my car and did see the signs. I went in and talked with the lady at the front desk and she said I would get a ticket in the mail if they checked. I did follow up later in the morning with a gentleman at the front desk and he said the pay for parking was new, but he did not know what the fine would be. To say that I am unhappy is putting it politely. At a minimum, we should have been alerted at check-in that there was a pay for parking requirement. Considering the nightly fee was $400+ and that we are Bonvoy members, I am none too pleased with this. I do hope that we do not get a ticket. If we do, I am going to have to strongly consider where we continue staying in the future. It should have been disclosed more clearly since it was a new requirement. Our travel will continue to pick up with our kids activities and with my business.

Clean and efficient. The $33/day parking fee for a remote parking location, breakfast closed after 9 am without advising guests, little guest room table top space for essential things.

New & close to USNA stadium. We walked to local attractions as well. Paid parking was expensive -- not sure why it would be charged at all for guests.

Overall very nice and comfortable place to stay!

Fee for parking. No mirror in the bedroom, only the bathroom.

Room was nice, neat and clean. Breakfast was better than expected for a chain hotel. Having to pay extra for parking. Front desk was short staffed for the amount of guests at the hotel.

Nice new hotel. Rooms were quiet and clean. Charles and the bar were what differentiated the hotel. Breakfasts were basic and self-serve, with single use plastic which is disappointing. Really unnecessary to charge extra for the parking - cheap trick. We ended up parking just outside to avoid the extra ($35 pd?) expense.

Bed was comfortable, breakfast good. Room refrigerator had no freezer, so couldn’t refreeze packs used to maintain necessary meds we have to keep cold…had to get bag of ice to place in cooler. Bathroom outlet was tricky to use with my hair appliances. Resented paying for parking, when we still had to walk over a mile into downtown and
