This is a great hotel for the price point, but I would not recommend it. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that requires you to pay to park in its parking lot. Making matters worse was the fact that the $32 fee did not guarantee a legal parking space. Many of the patrons parked in the fire lane or created their own parking spot. Those who could not create a parking space parked on the street adjacent to the property. The experience inside the hotel was great, but the parking situation kept this from being a recommendation.

The hotel itself was nice. Spacious room, gym, hydration station, breakfast. I however, have two complaints, which brings my rating down from a five star to a three star. The hotel had a basic parking lot (no garage, no secured parking, no valet parking, and minimal spots available) and they charge you $32.40 per night to park with a huge sign every so often stating that you park at your own risk, they are not responsible for damage, theft, etc. Now, I don’t mind paying for parking, but there needs to be a benefit for it - not just because I booked a stay with you and you feel the need to make extra cash off my stay. Valet parking - sure. Secure parking garage owned by the hotel - sure. Just to use your facility - no. The hotel looks very modern, but the sound/noise blocking insulation was subpar from one room to another and between levels. The person above us was “doing laps” in their room with what sounded like stomping back and forth from one side of the room to the other at 3am, which woke the both of us and then we had a hard time going back to sleep. Not a horrible hotel, but we would consider another spot next time we visit Annapolis for these two reasons.

It was a very nice hotel, clean and quiet.

The location is very good. While it's not right next to the town center, the city is small, so you can get there in about five minutes. The outdoor terrace was a great place to relax. We spent every evening there eating and chatting with friends. The lobby was also very comfortable, and the staff kindly let us watch the World Cup matches there without any issues. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was very clean, breakfast was great and the staff was friendly. Our room was right over the outdoor bar area and all we could hear was them talking until late into the evening. I was exhausted for my conference.

Housekeeping was sadly lacking. We stayed 5 nights. On the 3rd day we had to ask for towels and trash removal since household had not been there since check in. They came with towels and emptied trash, that’s all. Never had clean towels after that. Our, bathroom was never cleaned, no new beverage glasses provided at all. Bed never made entire stay. Informed front desk at check out. Clerk was nice and apologized.

Breakfast was very good. Very well organized. Would recommend a mix of fruit if at all possible. Otherwise it was very good. Location close to the Academy, which was helpful for us. Overall experience a 9 out of 10. We had submitted a request for a room away from the elevator and on 4th floor if possible. We submitted a request two times prior to checking in and the individual checking us in didn’t seem to be aware at all of the request. The other thing we were a bit dissatisfied with was that we were charged additional cost for parking when we have not had to pay that charge when we stayed there during previous visits.

They did not have luggage racks in the room or shower caps or body lotion. We would definitely stay heresgain.
