Location was perfect. Valet guy was the best and very knowledgeable and helpful. He needs a raise No breakfast, for a Hilton with no continental breakfast. Had to pay for breakfast. Usually not a big concern, but it’s a Hilton

It was cleanl The bathroom sink clogged continuously. The shower door wasn't balanced and would slide open, so had to hold on to door to keep it closed. The room faced the garbage cans for the hotel so was awakened early morning by trash removal. I had asked for a room away from elevators for quiet and yet was placed near trash removal.

Location Walkable to city dock snd various attraction. Beds and room clean and comfortable. Free coffee in lobby No free breakfast. Paid breakfast not very good. You had to pay for parking and use and app? Front of hotel was very dirty and needed power washing as it had a weird smell.

The staff was very pleasant. The maintenance on the property could have been better.

Just a few issues, the parking spaces are extremely small and limited. And we stayed on the 2nd floor, which had a very bad smell right at the elevator. We would definitely stay here again!

During my stay the gal at the front test checked me in gave me my key only to find someone in the room she assigned me to. No apologies nothing. Just gave me a new room like nothing ever happened. I will not stay at this location again.

The rooms were clean and modern, but the beds were hard as a brick. The bathroom had enough room to maneuver but the water pressure in the shower was like a slow drip. The bath towels were too small to wrap around our bodies. The worst part was the terrace. Sold like it was this great thing, ours had a floor that was torn up and the chairs felt like they were going to rip any second.

Great location. Pretty stroll into downtown Annapolis and the Harbour. Very friendly staff. We ended up in a room next to the gym and it got a bit noisy early in the morning but I forgot to ask to move rooms and I am sure they would have accommodated.
