The restaurant was not set up well for breakfast. We were not told that there was no table service Monday and Tuesday. The waitress for the to go breakfast was unpleasant when we were sitting down waiting for menus. That's the only time we were told no table service. There was one person at the front desk that was uncooperative. When asked a question he didn't want to answer it. I later learned that he didn't know anything. Nick was at the desk the following day and he was great! Very helpful and knew a lot of history about the town. Our room cleaning staff did an excellent job. Our room was always neat and tidy when they finished. The parking staff was fair. I had a ding on the front of my car that wasn't there when I left it. Unable to prove they were responsible. The hotel could use a total refresh. It's showing its wear.

The style of this hotel is absolutely perfect. Really cute Annapolis vibes! It’s also incredibly clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice, and check in and check out were a breeze! I would love to stay here again!

This is the place to stay at in Annapolis. The rooms and beds are so comfortable and clean. The decor is awesome and the bar and restaurant is great. The only thing this place is missing is a Pool and Spa. But there is so much to do in town you don’t need it.

Room was clean, staff was friendly, bar was nice, food was good but they should definitely consider guests with allergies....they had no gluten free bread or noted food on buffets.
