Would not recommend this hotel in even the slightest. Upon walking in the room we noticed almost everything was stained and nasty. Our towels had hair all over them when we dried off as well as our bed covers. Staff got extremely rude when we told them our key had stopped working. Just a terrible experience over all and will not be staying at a hotel associated with there name ever again.

The wall between the window and the A/C-heating unit had visible mold. It was soft to the touch. There were absolutely no pots, pans, utensils, dishes, etc. in my room at all, which is stated throughout the building and in the room itself as having. Its an extended stay with full kitchen, so those items should be there. The carpet was stained all over and just looked dirty.

No I rented a room I got in there smell like cigarette smoke bad and it was roaches crawling on my floor whoever owns a hotel or manage it can refund me my money I made a complaint with the person on the phone

I did not stay there. It did not feel safe and staff was enraged upon arrival.

Dated facility which was poorly maintained and had minimal amenities. Very noisy. One staff member was friendly but others, not so much. It should be noted that the police have their own reserved parking spot here.

Very run down hotel. Staff wasn't present at the front desk for an extended time while waiting to check in, and there was a metal gate over the front desk and no one present during check out. Would not recommend.

A clean and neat place to stay.

There was no breakfast and no room services. the front counter was close early and open late. If i have known i won't book the hotels, Should have at least room service every other days. I also booked all the room together but end up on separate level floor. The bathroom door are hard to open and close. No hand soap and shampoo provide, only one bar soap on the tub.

Suite was OK, but I would think by offering an extended stay with a stove, refrigerator and microwave, a dish or two, possibly a fork or spoon, with a knife, and maybe even a kettle or pan available would be useful. If not offering the minimal, get rid of the stove and refrigerator as its quite pointless.

Terrible. We went through a tornado. Lost everything. Was looking for a safe place for my child and I. This was Terrible. From the staff to the people LIVING there. Terrible. NEVER, I MEAN NEVER, STAY HERE

Absolutely HORRIBLE conditions, we left immediately upon seeing the condition of the establishment and the room. It was dirty, smelled of rotten food and mold. I can’t believe this hotel has not been shut down.

This is a halfway house. Not good for families, do not stay!

Incompetent management for one. I was charged twice for the rooom. I paid through Expedia and they required a credit card for incidentals. I now see they charged my card for the room, even though it was already paid through Expedia. I would not recommend them or Expedia.
