Friendly staff, good breakfast, loved the proximity to the airport The building is in a state of cosmetic disrepair - the rooms smell musty, the carpets are wavy and have duct tape on them, the paint is worn and chipping off

Do not stay here! Filthy, outdated furniture in our room. Mold on ceiling in our room. Carpet throughout the hotel hasn’t been cleaned in forever. Stairwell was under construction and hot tub drained and under construction. Honestly if I wasn’t with my husband I would have walked right out the door. What a complete disappointment and I can’t believe La Quinta has their name on this property.

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times before when going to Packers games. It is really showing its age. Beds are comfortable and the property is generally clean, but it is in dire need of a complete renovation. There are parts that look like a botched home reno job. Our room 206, except for some stains on the carpet and a really warn out couch, was acceptable. However, our friend who stayed in room 123 was faced with water stains in the ceiling and wall paper peeling off the walls.

Location and that was the only positive Dirty, night staff or 2nd shift not friendly crabby short handed, parking lot is horrible big pot holes everywhere, everything in room was old,

Breakfast was delightful!! Getting to it not so much. I should have been able to cross the pool to reach the bre aghast area but my card would not work nor another guest who tried to help. I knocked at the door to no respond. This made me sad as I had to trek thru the rabbit Warren of hills to reach the Breakfast area. And when I returned to my room my cards did not allow me access to my room. A nearby staff member gave me entry to my room. Staff is great!! Electronics not so much! See above

No hair dryer, plates etc in kitchenette, couldn’t switch from air condition to heat and room was really cold. In bad need of paint and repair in hallways etc

This hotel is a dump. It is a two-star hotel at best. Serious deferred maintenance. Water leaks from entrance canopy, old and broken furniture, room phones don't work, holes in walls and torn wallpaper everywhere. Very dirty and disgusting.

Staff at front desk when we checked was great! Room smelled stale. Carpet was needed to be stretched. Lots of extra ridges. Could be a trip hazard for those who can not pick up their feet. Toilet set was very loose. All other these issuses could be fixed by general maintenance to the property.

The pool was good. The breakfast area was good, but a little more variety would have been better. The staff was superb and helpful and engaging. The location of facility is perfect for easy in and out requirements. The disappointment was that the facility was undergoing a major renovation, that made my initial impression very negative. The staff and the lobby area helped me appreciate what was happening. Even though our room was in the lobby renovated area, the room was old and worn. The external sink and faucet did not work. The carpets were torn and worn. The parking area was in extremely poor condition, making parking a challenge.

All was fine except the breakfast. The breakfast chafing dish was nearly empty & no instructions on how to use waffle maker

The front welcome sign does not illuminate. The property is very difficult to find in the evening. The La Quinta outdoor sign has been out of order for well over a year. The hotel in it's day was very special. The design of the rooms, suite style is wonderful, however, they're very dated and in need of an uplift.

The hot tub, bath area had what looked to be black mold on ceiling. We only stayed for a quick night or would have asked to be moved due to mold allergies
