All good

The room was very dirty and unsanitary. The duvet cover had so many stains and dirt that even at night with a dimmed light was noticeable, the bed skirt had what a want to believe ketchup stains and not blood. The pillows were flat and smelly. The tub was so dirty that I didn’t dare to shower. Microwave door had fingerprints and food stains, the desk chair was covered on white stains. My reservation was for four nights, I arrived late at night and it was pouring down rain, with flood warnings so I decided to try and sleep but I could hear everything on the hallway and adjacent rooms. When I arrived, there was a man sitting on the sidewalk outside a few feet away from the main lobby entrance, fixing his pipe to get high!!!!!

The room and motel itself was fine. It was next door to another motel where people were living outside of that motel. They had their kids on blankets on the ground and a barbecue under a tree to cook on, sitting in fold up lawn chairs. The two parking lots of both motel backed onto each other. I didn't feel very safe with what appeared to be homeless people living on the lawn of the next door motel.

I loved my experience here! The location is wonderful. You can walk to so many places. Prime location. The staff, they are wonderful! Cleanliness, look idk what expectations are for people. They clean the sheets everyday, they fold them in plain sight. They take cleanliness seriously. I'd say yeah it's clean. It's a room people from all walks of life pass through. Really tho, they have a waffle maker. I am not usually up early enough to know what they all have. But I have smelled the waffles! 😀

Parking

Areas and apartments surrounding the building had suspicious activities and clientele. Didn’t feel safe leaving my car in parking lot nor staying with my child.

The Hotel smell weed once you enter the door you can smell it, room are very dirty. sheet is not even wash, there is hair and and women fake lash on the bed sheet. blood stain on the wall it's very gross. Windows are clack they just put tape over it. The breakfast are nothing like the online pictures.

Staff was nice as I checked in around 2:30 pm on 6-18-26. Building is older and fixtures were dated. Breakfast was minimal as they did not offer anything hot, other than waffles that you had to prepare for yourself. Fruit was limited to apples (no bananas). Good location close to I-41 and to area shopping and fairly close to downtown.

Very budget place, not well maintained. Not very clean. “Breakfast” was extremely basic.

The room smelled terrible and the water in the bathtub wasn't draining.

Breakfast was nothing, only bread, waffles and milk. Nothing like the online pictures.

Room was comfortable, sink was cracked as well as tiles in bathroom. Breakfast was average. Price was right.

Are room the dresser was dusty same by the microwave other wise we had a awesome stay and we will come again

Very convenient to ATW airport and restaurants.
