Staff were super helpful

About the only two drawbacks I see, is that they don't have a complete breakfast. They only have coffee and muffins. The other is that they do not have a phone in the room in case of emergency.

But here’s why I’m giving it four stars instead of two: the room was clean, the rates were very affordable, and every staff member I dealt with was genuinely kind. When I accidentally ruined my room key, they unlocked my room right away and brought me a new key as soon as they had it programmed. Little things like that matter. If your expectations are “I need a safe, clean, inexpensive place to sleep,” I think this place delivers. The people who run it have been nothing but courteous to me, and I’d stay here again if I needed an affordable place in Appleton.

Parking was fine. Felt like a safe place.

Staff is responsive to all requests. The primary lady who runs the hotel is always available.

This place was so dirty that I didn't even stay there. Had to pay for a place I didn't stay.

Only overnight but only one hand towel and one face towel for two people...didnt bother staff bc it wasn't the end of the world so to say... Bathtub has 2 inch wide black strips in it for slippage but there were starting to come off...reminded me of strips you would put on your boat trailer...

The wifi was sketchy as well as the guy that tried to jump my husband outside of the hotel😬

Easy check in pleasant staff overall clean, tv options good, toilet was clogged

If you simply need a bed for the night it will work but it's kind of a hole in the wall.

Quick check-in process, beds were updated. But seriously, this is a budget-friendly place only. They have a weekly rate, meaning there are residents there that, well, it felt uneasy. It satisfied our needs to go to a concert in Green Bay, but we would not stay here again.

Idk how this hotel is even on hotels.com. Lots of red flags before I even walked into our room. Empty beer bottles in the parking lot, large security camera tv behind desk, weekly rates posted on wall, large “No Refunds” paper taped to the back of the computer monitor upon check in. The outsider entrance door lock was busted off, door was just open. No key card required. Upon entering, my senses were on high alter. I could hear people shouting from room to room and tv’s blaring from the first floor. I walked up the nasty carpet stairs which smelled like urine to a solid door leading to the second floor. The hallway carpet was absolutely disgusting. Our room door had “doodles” on it. The room itself was so disgusting, I refused to put my stuff down or take off my shoes. At this point I can’t believe what I seeing! There was repaired holes in the wall, dirt marks smeared on the walls, nasty nasty bathroom. I can’t even begin to describe how bad this place was! I made my teen daughter cover her self in an over sized t-shirt just to exit the room in mid-daylight. Took our stuff and didn’t even try to get our money back or talk to the desk. Just left and didn’t return and got a room at a neighboring hotel. I am not picky at all, as long as it’s clean. This was the worst hotel I have EVER seen and I’m pretty well traveled. Our room was very basic but everything was in fine shape. The low room fee still made it a fair option for those who are just looking for a good sleep.

Our room was clearly not cleaned. There was food left in the fridge. Dirty socks behind the bathroom door and hair all over the shower.

Room was dismal. Killed two spiders. Window had a gap from top to bottom, so very noisy traffic. Very small bathroom. Sink did not drain well and toilet ran. I did manage to fix toilet so it was not running all the time. Not pleasant check in staff. Did not seem to want to be bothered. Hallway carpets dirty. This place needs to be renovated. If you weren’t depressed before you stayed there, you be after your stay.

You get what you pay for. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I wouldn't typically stay at a place like this but other local hotels were so expensive.
