Good location.

There was a hole in wall by the ceiling.

It’s an older hotel

Terrible place , very run down and Drug addicts and Alcoholics hanging around the entrance to the place.

Given that my stay was during the annual Airventure event in Oshkosh, the price was driven more by demand than by the quality of the motel. So, I paid $621 for a single room for three nights. But it was close to Oshkosh - about a 30-minute drive. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable, the sheets and towels were freshly laundered. The breakfast was so-so - packaged muffins, cinnamon toast crunch and fruit loops for cereal, a waffle maker, bananas, and bottled juices (apple and orange). The room was sparsely furnished - a bed, a desk and chair, nightstand, and luggage rack. No carpeting in the room. There was a lamp on the nightstand and a light above the sink - which was in the bedroom. The bathroom had a toilet and shower/tub combination. It was tight quarters if you could manage closing the door - otherwise you looked at yourself in the mirror that was attached to the outside of door while you were on the toilet. There was plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The stairs coming up in the middle of the facility had soiled carpeting. The hallways were adequately lighted. There is no elevator. There was plenty of parking and the staff were responsive to the few questions I asked. Despite the numerous signs asking people to refrain from smoking at the motel, there was a residual tobacco odor - especially near the doors. Guests were often smoking at the doorway to the facility - not the stated distance away from the building on the signage.

Not a nice place to stop, tried to charge me another four percent for paying on a credit card.would not recommend staying here

Only two electrical outlets; electricity running in tubes inside the room. Only one light over the sink and one lamp next to the bed. Nothing else. No closet. No chest of drawers. Bathroom was filthy with feces running down the outside of the toilet, tile coming loose, rust and dirt under the tile. NO SAFETY BARS IN THE BATHROOM. Dead bolt didn't work. Parking lot very dangerous with cars zooming past as you try to park and nefarious looking people lounging on the small patch of grass at the base of the hotel sign.

There was standing water around the toilet when I arrived. The tub/shower drain had a black tarry substance around the drain that was off putting. The room was only surface cleaned with imbedded dirt. The heating/cooling unit worked for a while and then didn't; I had a little trouble restarting it and then left for a long day. It wasn't working on my return. Got it working again and then it shut off when I was sleeping.

There was no breakfast even though they said there would be, and there were exposed wires on top of other maintenance issues

Hotel is dated but location is good

Nothing says leave like someone vacuuming the hall at 5:45 am. At least it was reasonably close to Walmart so I could get febreeze at dinner. I made our reservartion late for an event and it was the only room available. On a good note my wife was at home. I normally dont leave a bad review but this place was family owned and run and they acted as though we were an inconvenience.

Family run business. Very clean. Friendly staff. The furnishings were outdated. Wifi not functional.

Good
-
Lack of supply in the shower and sink. No soap or shampoo to bath with.
-
To many people loitering and smoking by doors.
-
Pros: location, easy parking (lol), the room itself didn’t stink, the bed was ok if you held still, TV worked. Stay somewhere else even if it costs double.

It was 'ok'. Definitely budget. Bed frame not solid (Something banged as you shifted in the night as well as what looked like a loose/broken piece hanging off the side). Check-in person was great. Check-out person too busy talking to what we assumed was a friend. Old beer bottle on outside window sill near entrance on check-in. Still there at time of check-out. Bathroom vent and filter caked with dust. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned since 1987. Would take 30 seconds to wipe the vent and change the filter. Bare feet on the floor felt something gritty. We took our shoes off immediately after entering the room, so wasn't from us. Loose/broken tiles on bathroom floor. It was the least expensive option in the area and it showed. I get that there is no budget for improvements and such, but cleanliness internally and externally shows non-caring. It's possible to still be a budget-friendly hotel and not be a 'dive'.

Room: Dresser gone Closet gone No where to hang or put clothes No face tissue No iron or ironing board No hair dryer For 2 adults, 1 facecloth, 2 bath towels Bathroom: Screws on floor Old used Mr clean sponge on floor Used facecloth or maybe rag hanging on shower rod Old skid straps on bathtub Tub handle difficult to work Low pressure for hot water Windows some stains on sill Bought bathmat, Lysol spray + travel iron and dryer No elevator Staff ignored request to carry luggage up to 2nd floor, another guest offered to help until the Mother got there and said something. Sheets clean and main room floor clean. Charged 4% to use credit card. Took pictures of the condition of the bathroom. Huge event in area with limited hotels. Never again!

2. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a refrigerator and a Microwave available. Those were the only good points and that lives up to the name of the hotel…Economy. 3. The sink did not drain properly. 4. There was a place on the wall to hold a hairdryer that had no hairdryer in it. 5. I was shocked to find no closet or anywhere to hang clothes. 6. I was surprised that there was no vending machine on the premises. 7. The door to the breakfast area was nearly stuck shut. I actually couldn’t open it. Needless to say, I didn’t stay for breakfast. 8. I will not stay at this hotel again.

This was a very basic room. No closet and nowhere to hang clothes. The room was dirty and still had dirty clothes hanging in the bathroom from the last customer. The large back window did not close all the way and did not have a lock on it. The room we stayed in was on the first floor so the window was definitely a safety issue. There was a person who appeared to be down on his luck in the parking lot asking for money. The bed cover had a large stain on it, which is just really gross. I moved the fridge over a couple of inches and there was old food and garbage under it. Not the cleanest or safest place to stay. I could hear the people above us walking around or running it was very loud.
