Nice place to stay

I believe the young man at front is Braden???? If not, sorry! He’s the young one with dark cool hair lol. He’s so kind and helpful and remembered me from March! When he had to help with something. Also talked to the owner, Eric. Very nice man. We were staying here when the big tornado hit Menasha, and tho there was minimal damage by hotel, the staff was out there immediately after the storm picking up debris and tree parts and stuff that was all over. We did lose power for a good part of the day but we weren’t there anyway. It was on when got back. And so many ppl checking in because of being displaced from the storm. It was heartbreaking. Will be back again to stay.

It was a clean, comfortable place to stay. Breakfast was nice with both hot and cold options.

Very clean, though maybe a bit outdated. We had business in the city and weren't hanging out at the hotel, so it was a great price for a quick one-night stay. Certainly would stay here again unless I needed more amenities

I came with some trepidation, having read some of the reviews online. Was attending Oshkosh Airventure and the decision to attend was taken late. Could not find rooms in any of the larger/5-4 star properties. Booked the Baymont just before departing from India. On arrival early morning at 2:30 AM, Mr Kirk received me and checked me in. Helped me with my large suitcase up the stairs too. The room, the bathroom the and linen was clean and all I needed was available. The air-conditioning is an individual split-AC. The morning breakfast spread was just about adequate but was filling. I found everything was in order and the counter staff were very courteous too. I was there for 5 nights. If I have to find a fault, it was that the room was definitely overpriced due to the on-going airshow. Also, there was no response to my multiple queries and messages to the hotel via Expedia's portal. This area definitely needs to be improved. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay, despite the very high price.

Clean, hot showers with good pressure, efficient, friendly staff, nice hot and cold breakfast selections, air conditioner set at the perfect temperature at a very reasonable price. Nothing fancy, but everything you need for a comfortable overnight stay!

At check-in, we asked for 2 rooms on the second floor. They said "no problem" and then gave us one on 2nd and one on 1st. We went to the 2nd floor room. Upon entering, we were surprised to see another guest sitting there watching TV - this could have been a horrible situation. We ended up with 2 rooms on the 1st floor. They were both damp and musty. Literally, everything in the rooms felt damp: sheets, chairs, carpet, etc. Gross! We found out that hard way that you only get housekeeping if you specifically request it. The showers sprayed water all over the bathroom and toilet, so you had to mop that up. The bathtub was old, gross, and cracked. The property might have 3-star amenities, but it is way past due for a renovation.

The hotel was what might be called a “budget hotel” and, with that in mind, it exceeded my expectations. I do not hesitate to recommend it.

Would definitely stay again at the Baymont had no issues at the Baymont whatsoever. The room was great and huge like huge.

The place was clean. The bed was comfortable, except the pillows were huge.

The front desk was very friendly and helpful when we checked in. The hotel was okay. The shower didn’t drain well and had some questionable spots. It was a place to sleep and the air conditioning was cold. Overall it was decent.
