We enjoyed our stay.

Good

Location and breakfast were fine. I’d asked for a suite room and this was supposed to have a separate sitting/sleeping area. Instead the room just removed one queen bed and replaced with a pull out couch. The only separation was a quarter wall, so we could not relax in our room while our child tried to sleep. It was NOT a suite room as reserved and paid for.

Overall this was a decent hotel. We stayed 3 nights. The A/C in room 216 did not work. The usb ports were all trashed. The light by the bed flickered with a bad short. The shower curtain was too small. The staff graciously moved us to Room 116. Much better! The breakfast offerings were great, and warm! Be aware that the entrance to the motel is very tricky. Almost dangerous due to the busy intersection out front.

Friendly and helpful staff. Especially the front desk clerk Jessica(?). Great people. Lots of choices in the area. Choose them because of the people. It’s rare these days

The pool was available. The property was under construction when we arrived, this was not mentioned during reservation process. We had to bring our towels to front desk for exchange of fresh towels. The breakfast was not to the standards of a “Plus” BW, in my estimation it was a - BW. The pancake machine was not availableThe room did not have a smoke alarm (the WI state law requires a $25/day/room fine for not having one). The hotel insisted they had a non-pet policy, but their website indicated they were pet-friendly.

Check in and out were efficient. We enjoyed our breakfast. Linens weren't there for the sofa bed but as soon as we told them they delivered them promptly.

It's a nice basic place to stay, but not perfect. The staff was polite but never helpful. The room was okay but the AC unit was either polar vortex or off. The pool was small, smaller than I expected. Breakfast was the normal hotel breakfast, . All in all, I would stay here again if my first two choices are unavailable.

Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Smoke alarm randomly went off though. Would stay here again in the future
