This place is gross. Stains everywhere, moths, mouse poop

Extremely Dirty Rooms. Hair on floors, stains all over the floor/furniture

Not clean at all, real concern of having bed bugs.

The room I was in would benefit greatly from an upgrade though.

Stayed here for three nights for a volleyball tournament. The space in the two bedroom suite was nice and the full kitchen allowed us to cook/ eat healthy. However, the entire building is in need of some major renovations. In our room alone, there were torn curtains, broken window panes, stained carpet and couch cushions, old/ moldy caulk in the bathroom. The owners were nice and explained that the property used to be owned by Marriott, but was in transition. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Breakfast was basic—so so waffles, sausage, and eggs. Basic exercise room (hand weights and 2 treadmills). Small pool—we didn’t use because the baseball team was in it. No hot tub. Nice outdoor cooking area. Cleanliness was questionable. The guy at the front desk was very friendly. He was the only staff member I saw in our 3 days of staying at the hotel. Just meh. 2.5 stars

The entire “canteen” area was empty and no food options. The approximately 30 cans in the fridge available for purchase were clearly dropped as the tops were all popped out. When we arrived there was some aroma through the place. Not necessarily bad but it was some sort of fragrance that was at times a bit off-putting. The fire table in the main picture of the hotel is even cracked/damaged in the picture. Pool: Absolutely freezing. No towels available at the pool. Asked the front desk and my family of 4 got 2 towels (the staff member saw us and clearly saw there was 4 of us) “We will get you more” and never showed up. Room: Carpet was very dated. Was peeling up where it transitioned to shower room. Soap shelf and tub had very clear mold growth on the caulking. The pull out bed… now I understand they are not expected to be super comfortable… but this one was no good. The mattress was about 2 inches thick. So all the framework was buried in your back. Kitchenette was nice but the other cleanliness items had us not wanting to use it. Thankfully we only had a one night stay but we would not recommend staying at this facility. It appears ownership had recently changed from Marriott. Hopefully things can turn around

It's an old property and furniture in the room as well as hallway was not very well maintained. But staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean but bathtub and shelves near wash basin were not well cleaned.

This is a former Marriott property, and has really nice room design, even though some of it is a bit worn, dated, or tired. I was never willing to pay the rate when it was a Marriott, so this is a good compromise. Everything was good, nothing was actually terrible, and the price was good. Will stay again.

Suite roomy Block out curtain torn, ice maker not working. Very basic amenities—shampoo and body wash. Breakfast continental very scant.

Great location. Spacious suite. Dirty dishes in cabinets and clean dishes in dishwasher! Extremely loose toilet seat on one of the toilets. Dirty stove! All stainless steel appliances streaked and full of fingerprints. Ripped carpeting under dining table.

The location was perfect for what we wanted. The amenities were great and everything was just easy to deal wtih. There were some old stains on the linens that weren't great. The pool area needs some cosmetic fixes. The breakfast was nice to have, but the quality was just ok.

The residence was quiet. We stayed in a suite. We didn't appreciate the hair in the bathroom shower. The living room couch had multiple stains on the cushions & the desk chair cushion was also not clean. The small kitchen area had minimal house ware items, and was minus dish towels and soap for the dishwasher. The well used kitchen sponge we threw away. There's not regular housekeeping, unless one requests their room needs attention. The morning breakfast was a disappointment with not much to offer, so we went out for breakfast. During our stay we saw only one staff person, who was pleasant and helpful with our questions and requests. We were wondering if she was the only one on staff.
