Room smelled musty breakfast was not great

Room was clean, fold out couch not as much. Well equipped kitchen for a longer stay or to make your own meals. It was nice to have a pool, but it was small. Some outdoor space was nice. Was not told that the breakfast was free and didn’t realize it until 10 am when it closed. This would have been nice in the advertising and from check in worker.

Well stocked king suite, very comfortable beds and clean rooms. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. I traveled with 4 rowdy kids, and they were very understanding. They even gave the kids a full pack of Swiss fudge cookies during our stay. Staying here really took the stress out of traveling and made it a place to relax before getting on the plane to go home. 10/10 would stay again.

Did pay extra for room with a fireplace, but did not use because it was not an electric one and wood had to be purchased.

Nice set up but poor maintenance. Carpet next to bathroom door was torn and taped over. Bathtub was missing some parts. Breakfast was almost non-existent. Coffee in the room was only decaf.

We secured a suite and it was very comfortable. I had wanted to make more use of the kitchen area but as a large and tasty breakfast is provided, we didn’t need to! Looking forward to coming back when prices recede post-air show. Would stay again. Almost forgot!! Fox River Mall and Sheels is right behind us! You could walk it (we didn’t).

This place is gross. Stains everywhere, moths, mouse poop

Extremely Dirty Rooms. Hair on floors, stains all over the floor/furniture

Not clean at all, real concern of having bed bugs.

The room I was in would benefit greatly from an upgrade though.
