MainStay Suites Appleton Airport - Fox River Mall Area

The location. Our room has been broken into, the door was left open with the lock preventing it from closing. When we raised this concern to the staff they stonewalled us, were very rude and did not let us see the CCTV footage of the place to look ar what happened. We ended up having to check out early at the second day of our stay of seven. They still refuse to refund us, and has not given us any way to contact a management, stonewalling any attempt to communicate with them about the issue or any attempt to refund the days we weren't there. Terrible management, terrible and rude staff. Wouldn't recommend.

The room was incredible A little dirty than i expected… dishes were dirty in cabinets

Very good place to stay.

The first room had a smell of rotting and mold in the bathroom. Told the front desk and they did move us to a different room. It appears that house keeping misses a lot of corners. Crumbs and stains throughout the rooms. Will not be staying.

NOTHING!!! Recommendation and pictures posted on Booking are definitely very old and do not represent current overview. Hotel is old, room dirty, old, very gross.!!!! Lots of dust, kitchen greasy. Bathroom....awful... Horrible This is "one night stay" kind a motel place. Not recommended, not at all!!!!

Very good

Loved the room No hot tub

This hotel really needs updating!

It was an exceptional value. Nothing

There was a left over salad in the refrigerator. The facet in the kitchen was very loose. The burners on the stove were stained and looked dirty.

Nice big room. Slept well on the king size bed. Only stayed 1 night. Would stay again

The breakfast buffet was okay. Nothing special, but adequate. The peanut butter was like a rock. I couldn't even mix it. They have the generice type. Maybe and small investment in an upgrade to Jif would be appreciated. The hotel is next to the Fox Valley Mall. Lots of restaurants to choose from. It is also about 2.2 miles from the airport. There is a walking path all the way to the airport. The staff was awesome. Very efficient and kind.

Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Great location

The pool, was great! We’ve found a lot of hotel pools are freezing, this one was perfect. We weren’t sure if breakfast was included, but we didn’t partake. The mall, is right there. Great Chinese place like 7mins away. Staff was friendly and kind. Pool area, was loud but the littles loved it.

It was great to have a place to cook and eat. However, the cleanliness of the room needs work. Some of the dishes provided were dirty and needed proper washing even though there was a dishwasher. When I check in, the expectation is that the dishes should not have food caked on them. I made sure to wash every dish before I used it. Also the sofa bed needs work, the mattress was stained. Despite all of that, we were comfortable. The provided breakfast was great. Just work on the cleanliness and we will stay here again.
