It was more like an extended stay facility and not so much like the average hotel. The icemaker is in the refrigerator or other than a big machine down the hall. The bed was a bit too close to the wall, but other than that, the room was comfortable.

Spoke with Tyler to let him know that my arrival time was was later than I thought. He was extremely helpful and when I got there, I believe his name was Tim was there and he was extremely pleasant and helpful

The staff was great, it’s very close to the airport and the entire place was very clean. Everything was great. Nothing to not like.

We asked for an early check in. When we arrived, we were told they would call us when our room was available. We went to lunch, came back and still not ready. Ending up getting ready for event in the lobby and having access to our room an hour after regular check in time.

As soon as I checked in and entered my room, I could smell something musty. Making it worse, I had reserved a king and instead there were two queens. I went to the front desk and asked for a different room. He told me they were all sold out. I told him I’m not staying in a room with a musty smell. Told him I was going to ask hotels.com for a refund, he agreed that was warranted, and then I left and went somewhere else. Unfortunately, hotels.com and Candlewood are making the process unnecessarily complicated just to get my refund.
