It was fine but probably wouldn’t stay again. Pool was very small, noises when showering and flushing the toilet. Breakfast was $11 for very basic things. Bartender was hitting on guests. Location was great, but didn’t work for our family with 3 kids.

Customer service after my stay. I left something behind in my room and they were so willing to help me get it back! No nothing, it was quiet, clean and very esthetically pleasing.

Need to improve the food being filled during breakfast.

Room not cleaned, staff literally just stared at me blankly when I tried to tell them about it. Breakfast sucks, only give you 2 towels for 2 people, and the rooms are actively falling apart. Desperately needs some updates and to find decent people to work there.

The room is spacious and very clean. The bed and the pillows were comfortable. Very nice place to stay.

Water leaked when the shower was running and we had to stack towels so the whole floor didn’t get soaked. Bed was comfy and room was clean. Loved the balcony

My girlfriend was ill suffering from food poising and they were very rude and unaccommodating. The woman on the front desk, believe her name began with a "J. "was extremely rude! Took my information for another night, then said I had to book on-line. Ended up getting double billed B. Davis the G. Mgr. gave us a 0 balance the next day, but only to find out that we were double billed on Sat. and still had to pay for both nights. We reached out to her several times, voice mail full, left messages with the front desk and emailed with no reply. Very unprofessional. Booking.com was no help either just a big run-a-round... This is not the kind of service you would expect with a Marriot affiliate.

Wish they changed the towels daily and had better food for breakfast

The front desk staff that checked us in was very friendly and the room was nice, but the pool was down and the fitness equipment (cardio) needs upgrading as the panels have issues. We’ve stayed here before and brought the issue to their attention. Also, there is nothing to wipe down fitness machines. If you don’t use the fitness area, it’s a good hotel, but we won’t stay again.

The pool and hot tub are out of service. The hallways smell musty and faintly like cat urine. The room clearly hasn’t been vacuumed because there’s trash on it. The lights are very oddly placed and each has a different color lightbulb. The refrigerator was unplugged and took a very long time to get cold.

Location Very low toilet and wobbled

Hotel was nice , clean rooms and everything worked great , great water pressure and hot water . Bar was nice and nice bartender, biggest flaw is breakfast being 15$ and the bar food costing alot for food that’s frozen and heated in oven. Other than that place is honestly real nice and responsive. Great neighborhood. Bars and grills legit 5 min walking distance and legit just down the street in a car . Milwaukee burgers great food and bar. Aswell as tanners . Till we meet again Appleton WI
