Just horrible and over price

We have stayed here before and plugged in our vehicle didn't have a problem. The bus and a trailer and be ended up only finding a spot in the handicap parking and there was an outlet there so we plugged in our rig. Mind you the time was after 10:00 p.m. It was already pretty late in the evening. Sometime after midnight our phone rings only three times I get to the phone there's nothing on the other end. It felt like maybe only 2 minutes later we get a knock on the door they had called the police and wanted them to fined us b/c we parked in handicap parking illegally. The police officer said technically I shouldn't even be here the civil matter I'm really not going to do anything but I just wanted to let you know and he left. Got dressed went downstairs and askeds why did you call APD? She said she called you but you we didnt pick up. We said where would you like us to park there's no parking neither employee would come outside and help us they weren't very flexible and they were unprofessional and very immature. We tried to explain to them that it's hard to roll out of bed from a dead sleep and catch the phone and three rings. We ended up having to go all the way to the other end of the building and we had to take 30 minutes or more in the middle of night to wind up our extension cord and try to shimmy our trailer into a very narrow parking spot with a large bus without breaking any more parking rules. Newly renovated rooms and staff were very nice close to college Ave and many shopping places Pictures made rooms look bigger. Yes it’s called Microtel. But without description that rooms are very tiny you wouldn’t notice until you’re in them absolutely no space to walk. They made do.

They were undergoing renovations at the Lobby so it was a little dusty. Our room was excellent and clean. I used the gym and the hot tub, washer and dryer. All 3 were clean and neat. The continental breakfast was great. The price and what was included was very reasonable. I'll be staying here in the future. This was my 2nd time staying here.

Horrible experience. The room smelled heavily like fish and none of the outlets worked. One of the outlets even had a large smoke/burn mark, so that was unsettling. Pool area and hot tub were closed. Nothing felt or looked clean… very dirty and run down. For $250 a night that is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve stayed in hotels that were 10 times better for $100 a night. Hands down, worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in.

Site was under going remodel, however room was recently completed and comfortable with all amenities needed for a good stay.

Room was clean but found trash on side of bed and behind night stand. It’s under construction, so wasn’t too interested in breakfast with all the dust around. I’ve stayed here before and had a nice stay. Might stay here again next time I’m in town.

Under construction no hot tub no pool and no fitness room. these are things I asked for because I had kids and I wanted to workout. It was dust open areas rooms stink

I have been staying here each week while working in the Fox Valley area for several years. Overall great place to spend the night. The hotel is currently being remodeled. They have done a great job of keeping any noise or dust to barely noticeable.

There was no continental breakfast. There was a sign for a "bagged breakfast from 6 to 9" that we didnt even bother to get. The pool was closed for maintenance. The pool and breakfast was the entire reason we booked this hotel and we got neither. Our kids were very excited to go swimming and were very disappointed that they couldn't. The entire hotel smelled. Our room for 4 people only had 2 towels so my boyfriend went to the front desk to ask for more. The desk attendant was rude and had the audacity to tell him he had to wear a shirt while the employee had no shoes on. There is literally a pool, dont expect people to wear a shirt. We want a refund due to false advertising for the pool and breakfast.
