Will definitely stay at this location in a few weeks.

We were traveling with my parents and had two rooms. We called first to inquire about checking in early and were told the rooms might be available, so we stopped to check before going to a family event. It was about 2 pm. My parents' room with two queen beds was ready, and our room with a king bed wasn't ready yet (said about an hour wait). It was no big deal, so we just put our stuff in my parents' room and left for the event. When we returned that evening and checked in about 9 pm, everything seemed fine, but when we got to our room it had 2 queen beds. I went back down to the front desk to inquire and switch to the king room that we had reserved and paid for already but was told that there were no king rooms left. There was no manager to speak to and nothing he could do. The hotel staff switched our room without even a call or email about it. Very disappointing and not very professional.

The property was unable to get guests into rooms from 3 pm until after 8 pm. There was no efforts to provide guests with refreshments, extra seating as people waited for hours, food vouchers for the restaurant, nothing. Very, very disappointing for a Hilton property. Hilton will be last on my list going forward when booking hotels.

The room was very clean and staff were friendly and attentive.

The room was spacious and well-equipped. Towels were lacking; we had to ask for additional. The pool area and hot tub area were okay. We were disappointed that breakfast was not included with our stay. Watch the fine print with Expedia. Lesson learned.

Glad it was close to expressway. Did not use the bar or restaurant. The coffee in the room was exceptional in flavor.

The Double Tree in Appleton is fine. The rooms are clean but not great. We found someones clothes in the dresser and food under the chair. We expected the continental breakfast to be included - it is not. The pool was nice for the kids and the bar was nice for the parents. The snack "store" was OK for the kid's needs. The staff were friendly and helpful. I expected more from a Hilton property.

The staff was always available when we needed help.

First you advertise that you are greeted with a warm cookie there were no cookies. The staff was not friendly at all. Room was nice and clean. The staff was just a big downfall no smile no friendly greeting
