There was no soap in the bathroom upon arrival

Glad it was close to expressway. Did not use the bar or restaurant. The coffee in the room was exceptional in flavor.

The Double Tree in Appleton is fine. The rooms are clean but not great. We found someones clothes in the dresser and food under the chair. We expected the continental breakfast to be included - it is not. The pool was nice for the kids and the bar was nice for the parents. The snack "store" was OK for the kid's needs. The staff were friendly and helpful. I expected more from a Hilton property.

First you advertise that you are greeted with a warm cookie there were no cookies. The staff was not friendly at all. Room was nice and clean. The staff was just a big downfall no smile no friendly greeting

Went down 2 times for digital key and never worked. Also, ran out of some bathroom amwnities

We had a great stay at the Double Tree in Appleton. The beds were comfy and the staff was nice. Great location - lots of things in the area

Very friendly staff everything was easy and it was clean.

Beds were comfortable Location Extra cost for breakfast. Would not let me add discounted rate as Honors member. Breakfast was $15 and buffet was virtually empty when we arrived. Most items had been taken already by earlier guests. Room air conditioning was sub par and room felt damp with mildew smell.

Doors failing on microwave cabinet, though. Could be replaced. Also more or larger garbage cans could be in the room.
