What was tough-our room was really narrow at the entrance. It was hard to maneuver the cart around for us experienced people. However, I was very close to the elevator, which I had asked for!

I have stayed here multiple times, my only complaint and I didn’t inform the front desk - the heater/air conditioning unit was making a loud noise when it ran. Almost sounds like an engine running.

It was a very comfortable place to stay.

Beds were very comfortable. Heater very quiet. The pool area was very old and needed updating. The bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. Dirty handprints on the bathroom doors, hairdryer was dirty. The carpet needed to be steam cleaned both in the rooms and hallways. You had to go to the front desk for laundry bags. The soap dispensers in the shower were empty (hair conditioner). Advertising free breakfast and the breakfast was $14.99.

The hotel is modern, clean and the stay was perfect.

The pool and hotel area were nice. The facility must be from the 80's or 90's. It's in decent condition for It's age. The $15 buffet breakfast was nothing more than the same free breakfast you would get at another hotel; heated up egg beaters, heated up frozen sausage disks, heated up potato chunks, and make your own waffles. It felt like they were charging (a lot) for breakfast because the name Hilton is attached to it.

Close to everything you need. For the value for a holiday and event weekend, it wasn’t worth the expense.

Efficient shuttle service to/from hotel to airport They advertise warm cookies are waiting for you, however this stay nor the recent previous stay there were no warm cookies. Free bottle of water however.

Our room was unique with a bunk bed that served our family well.

Stay was amazing. Beautiful hotel, staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are gorgeous, beds comfortable. Restaurant and bar were wonderful. Complimentary coffee in the lobby. Hotel shuttle to airport and anywhere within 5 miles!

Clean and convenient

The only thing I could gripe about are the pillows. Great bed, bad pillows. If you’re someone who likes a very firm pillow, maybe bring your own. It was an awesome hotel and we would definitely stay there again.
