Big room

Nice place. Would stay again

The room was clean and quiet and the pool was great.

I love the setup with the pool and rooms. My only issue was how hot it was in the room. It took several hours to get my room to a temp at which I could sleep. But it was a very nice room and it had a restaurant attached to the hotel.

When we went to the room they gave us we realized that someone else was already in the room. We had to go back to the counter and ask for a new room. Kind of inconvenient especially after a long day of travel. I have no idea if we got the type of room that we paid for, but it was relatively clean. Bath stopper didn’t really work properly, and the pool seemed nice but needed to be repainted. Overall we are likely not to stay here again. The price was right, and was a relatively comfortable room, but things here should be updated and kept a little better in order to receive a 3-star review.

Our room was very dirty, the bed was hard as a rock, and when we arrived to our room the door wasn't even shut. That is because the door sticks so bad you have to pull it hard to shut it. The pool area was nice. It was just my 10 year old son and I that stayed for 5 days. Very disappointed and would not stay again

Very good with a variety of choices. It was included. The water pressure is very high, apparently in Appleton area. After my first shower, which flooded the bathroom, I figured out how to control it.

I liked the convenience of staying at the venue our tournament was in. LOVED the Mad Apple restaurant. Also liked how clean the pool area looked. And the flooring in the room being laminate (easier to keep sanitary) I did NOT like the colors in our room. The muted blues and greys were depressing. I would rather see white or beige with warm photos or paintings. The lighting was dull and cold. I guess if you're just looking for a place to sleep, it's OK, but to sit in there to relax during a break was sad.

The large pool is great, gives almost a tropical feel with the seating around it, and is great for kids. Staff is nice and helpful, checking in and out was super quick. There is a bar and restaurant attached to the hotel, I did not use it but seemed nice and convenient. Definitely recommend!

The pool area is great but you could tell it was not swept daily. There were leaves all over the floor umbrella for tables. Most time we used the hot tub or pool the were no clean towels. Our room was great except that there was take out food in the microwave when we arrived and dirt wash rags still in the bathroom. I brought it to management attention and it was taken care of right away along with the clogged tub and bathroom sink.
