Lazy uncaring and lacking enthusiasm is the best I can describe the clerk at 11 pm

Great family place! Excellent pool and breakfast. Staff were kind and helpful, everything was clean and well taken of.

The lady that made breakfast did a great job!

The carpet and furniture in the rooms is outdated and not clean. Again, you get what you pay for.

With an end unit room right next to a parking lot door it was easy to let the door slamming get the best of me. Next time and from this day forward I request an interior room. Other than that and a dimly lit bathroom it was good value and the saltwater pool was nice. Yes, saltwater!

First three rooms that they put me in had not been cleaned. USB wall charger didn’t work. Overall hotel is old, crusty. I would rate this as a 1-2 star hotel.

The moment we walked in, we were hit with an overwhelming stench coming from the air conditioning system. It was far beyond a musty smell and resembled the odor of something dead. I have a documented mold allergy, and the odor became an immediate health concern. We purchased our own air fresheners and mold treatment spray, but ultimately had to turn the air conditioning off for the rest of our stay because we simply could not tolerate the smell. The room was filthy. There was mold in the shower, heavy soap scum, and black buildup around the toilet seat. The carpet had obviously not been vacuumed. After walking around the room in white socks, the bottoms were black from the dirt. Housekeeping never made our beds, never changed the sheets, and often only left towels. The room was never vacuumed or properly cleaned. The desk chair was also unsafe. When I sat down, an exposed screw protruding through the torn seat cushion jabbed and scratched my leg. After seeing the condition of our room, we chose not to use the pool or eat the complimentary breakfast because we had no confidence in the cleanliness of the property. Regardless of the costs, guests deserve a clean, safe, and properly maintained room. Unfortunatly, that was not our experience: I would nver stay here again.

Room clean, spacious and modern, bathroom very nice with nice shower, carpeted room and good towels and linens. Beds were good. Breakfast had eggs and sausage plus the usual. Good location near main highway with good restaurants near by. Very pleasantly surprised given the modest rating on hotels.com. I would definitely stay there again .

The staff were friendly and professional. The property was well maintained and very clean.

We were in town for a quick night for a wedding. It took FIVE attempts to get a working remote for the TV. Two of which they asked us to go to the front desk. One lamp didn't work. We were out for the evening, came back late and went straight to bed. The bed was horrible. Come to find out, the frame was bent in the center. Okay, we have to get to this wedding. I jump in the shower and the drain will NOT stay open. My husband showered with cap stuffed into the drain to hold it open. Not one of these things a a game changer, but all in one room!!?? DO BETTER! We were offered a $30 discount.

My room was fine. I did not use the game room nor pool area, but they looked to be in good shape. The breakfast was a 5/10. My biggest turn-off was the number of cigarette butts on the ground outside the front door. Yuk.. I used the restaurant next door, which connects to the lobby. Service there was great, but it took forever to get my meal. When I did, the grilled chicken was good, the rest of the meal was terrible.

Don't stay here.

Beds are comfy. Could use better HVAC and lighting solutions.

The breakfast was great! Loved that the pool was open until 11:00. Gave the 14-year old boys time to swim once we got back from other activities.
