Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites High Point South by IHG

This hotel is affordable, clean, has a very friendly staff, and breakfast is included. I called the front desk a few times and spoke with Pam. Pam was super friendly and helpful. She’s a wonderful, friendly, outgoing employee, and the hotel is lucky to have her.

The lady who was in charge of the hotel breakfast buffet both days we were there took such pride in her work to make sure every spoon was where it was supposed to be and every label was straight in front of the food. The warm cookies upon arrival were a nice touch as well as having waters and other snacks in the lobby always available. We will definitely book here again.

Did not interact with a lot of staff, but our day was good and everything was like it was supposed to be overall a great stay!

Location is perfect. Front desk staff very friendly. Room had some major issues-leaking water valve for sink that would flood bathroom floor. We had to put a trash can under it and drain it frequently. Staff was notified but we were informed that maintenance was unavailable for the weekend. Most electrical outlets were faulty/extremely worn out and loose. Charging personal electronics was relegated to 2 usable outlets in the whole room. Refrigerator control did not work properly and froze our drinks, then our ice cream melted.

Karen, Juliana, and the rest of the staff were all attentive and kind - shining examples of service. The breakfast was good and there were a lot of offerings. We'll definitely return the next time we are in the area.

This is our second time staying here. This will always be my go to for a place to stay when I’m in the area. Check in was easy, room was clean, plenty of parking and breakfast was good with plenty of options.
