My room was handicapped no water pressure and the room smelled really bad Cleanliness , Shower , room stink . AC keeps shooting off and on causing us the constantly wake up

Dirty, smelled. .toilet water wouldn't go down

Location Rooms are full of mold …in air conditioning in pictures frames unbelievable and unbearable to stay

Nothing!!! We asked for refund and left immediately. EVERYTHING. It was Filled with Mold and Mildew. The air is so thick from mold I had immediate reaction. Absolutely disgusting!

Several major issues severely impacted our stay: Staff Smoking at Main Entrance: Staff members were repeatedly seen smoking right directly outside the hotel's front entrance, creating an unprofessional impression and forcing guests to walk through secondhand smoke. Repeated False Fire Alarms: The fire alarm went off three separate times throughout the morning—at 5:30 AM, 7:30 AM, and 9:30 AM. This caused extreme disruption and distress to my family. Uncontrolled Noise Disturbance: A dog in an adjacent room barked non-stop starting from 8:00 AM until we checked out at 10:30 AM. When reported, the front desk merely made a phone call to the room and knocked on the door once, taking no further action when the disturbance continued. The management’s inability to resolve these ongoing disturbances rendered our room completely unusable for sleep or relaxation. I request a full refund for this stay and a prompt response detailing how these operational issues are being addressed.

False advertisement, i booked expexting a hot tub and there was not one on site at all.

Staff where great when I needed help. The property is a bit outdated and rooms show their age, mine had hole in bathroom door, to holder falling out, no stopper in sink, but rest room in good condition

Room had a musty smell

The bathroom had a broken light fixture that was ready to fall down. Took half an hour to figure out how to get the shower to come on. There was hardly any pressure in the shower, so you could actually still feel the soap on your body.

The only complaint is the toilet was a little small and will be difficult for larger people and also it was low to the floor. Other than that everything was fantastic

Location The establishment is notably aged, with a history of staying there several years prior. The rooms exhibited significant wear and tear. The main door required considerable effort to operate the lock, and the bathroom door required substantial force to open. Additionally, the refrigerator emitted an odor reminiscent of spoiled milk, leading us to refrain from using it. The room also imparted a damp atmosphere and a persistent odor. Consequently, I do not intend to stay there again.

Everything was good

Only thing I liked was it was less 10 minutes from my family I was visiting for weekend Roaches/floor wasn't vacuumed & fire alarm went off 7am & after 11pm. Will never stay at this place again. Not a clean facility at all
